“Madyson was excellent with my dog Copper! His stay with her and Sparky involved lots of play time, cuddles, and great communication with us! Madyson is very attentive with any needs Copper has. I would highly recommend her!”

“Brittany was kind and calm with our Huckleberry. She worked with him on house training even and he had an accident free weekend. That alone is amazing! It was clear he enjoyed his stay and was happy as a clam when we picked him up. We will be using her again when I'm the area.”

“Melissa is an angel! She is incredible with all dogs and so accommodating and kind, even with some very short notice help we needed. Our senior dog loved her and her yard, I cannot recommend her enough, we are so happy we have found her for future sitting.”

“Michelle was very communicative during Jasper's stay! Got lots of pictures and updates, she also responds immediately! Jasper came home very happy! Will definitely use Michelle again! 😊🐶🐾”

“We never had Scout stay in someone’s home before. Vivian’s reviews were outstanding, so we decided to give it a try. She asked us to come over for a visit before boarding. That visit calmed all our worries. Vivian and her family were so attentive to Scout and it was apparent that they were very loving and knowledgeable. When we dropped him off for his “vacation” she quickly escorted him to yard to allow him to get acclimated, while her husband helped us with Scout’s belongings. During the vacation, we received pictures two or three times a day. It was apparent that he was enjoying his stay. I am sure he especially enjoyed the walks and the trips in the car. When we have picked him up from boarding kennels before, he would not leave our side. When we picked him up from Vivian’s, he spent time jumping all over us and then bounced back and forth between her family and our family. It was obvious how much he loved them. We will definitely be scheduling more vacations with Vivian in the future. She and her family have given us peace of mind that we never had with anyone else taking care of Scout. Thank you Vivian and Family!!!! ?”

“Patrick was great with our pups, Yeti and Casper, and seemed to take very good care of them while we were out of the country. We also appreciated the daily updates with pictures! We will definitely take them back next time we are out of town.”

“I think Lucy enjoyed her stay much more than others in the past. She got to sleep in a real bed w stuffed animals, just like she does at home. Thank you Sarah for the pics ( just got another today as Canada delayed some of my texts). I would recommend Sarah to anyone!”

“Kristina was amazing with Lincoln! He was very nervous and shy at first but she did amazing with him. She sent updates and pictures over the weekend so we could stay updated with how he was doing.”

“She was amazing with my Tucker. He is very energetic and he was very happy. Fast responses to texts and plenty of pictures. Tucker was very sad to leave. Will definitely use her again.”

“My 2 dogs had a great time during their stay with Gary. One of the dogs has special needs and he provided excellent care. I know they’ll be looking forward to returning again soon!”

“We recently added two 1-year-old cats (still very kitten-like) to our family and were very nervous when we recently had to board them for over a week. Thankfully, we found Jessica, who clearly loves and knows how to care for animals. She quickly assessed their very different personalities and provided each what they needed to feel secure and comfortable. Jessica is a treasure!”

“Lindsay was so kind and caring - she went above and beyond to make our doggy Cricket feel safe and secure on the first night that she stayed with her. Lindsay kept us updated with texts, pictures, and a video. Cricket had so much fun at her house! And, Lindsay was able to accommodate our last minute boarding request. This was a wonderful experience for all of us!”

“Our third time leaving our Buddy with them and every single time they are incredible!!! The photos they send, the pupdates. They are both all around good people!! Thank you guys again!!! Worth every penny.”

“Emily and her family were wonderful caring for my dog Sunny! Emily treated Sunny as part of her family and was in constant communication with me to send pictures and updates. I had absolutely no concerns about Sunny while we were on vacation because I knew that Emily was giving Sunny so much love. I highly recommend her and will definitely have her care for Sunny in the future!!”

“Deanna was great and able to work with my 60-pound deaf puppy, and Maxwell loved having fellow dog friends to spend time with. Came back absolutely tuckered out.”

“Sharon was awesome accommodating a last minute boarding for my corgi, Millie! Millie can definitely be a handful, but Sharon was totally unfazed. Millie loved her time here and had so much fun playing with the other dogs. Sharon was so sweet and helpful even when we were running late for pickup. Lots of video and photo updates helped keep me at ease and were beyond adorable. 5 stars and I would definitely book again!!”

“Listens to details from little to big to ensure a happy and safe environment. Takes time to engage with them and ensure they’re happy. Daily communication and updates. Friendly pets to engage with mine. Will book again when needed. Very thankful for a reliable sitter like Jennifer.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
