“Lindsay and her family have once again taken incredible care of our Jimi. Not often does a pet not want to leave their sitter but that’s the case every time Jimi stays with them which shows us how happy he is being there. Great communication, frequent updates with photos and they keep our boy happy. Thank you!”

“Clary made us feel so calm and comfortable leaving our fur babies with her and her family. She sent pictures and communicated with us while we were away, relieving any stress or worry. It was a smooth drop off and pick up. I would use her again and recommend her services.”

“Anne is awesome!! I don’t leave my pup with anyone but family, Anne has become my baby’s Aunt and family! She is attentive and worries ( like me) about my baby’s happiness! Took pictures and sent them to me to alleviate my fears…. I will always book with Anne!!!”

“Chandler was great with communication from the start and made us feel confident leaving our dogs with him. They had a great time playing with the other dogs and enjoying the pool. We’d definitely recommend him!”

“My experience was great! Good communication and I received photos throughout the stay. I liked that they meet us before the stay to ensure it’s a good fit. Thank you!”

“Unfortunately, we had to leave suddenly due to a death in the family. But, David was very understanding and worked with our short notice plans. As always, it was a pleasure for our Min-Pin, Chuckie, to stay at "Uncle" David's home. He gets along beautifully with their dog, Lovergirl. And from what David said, there was little, if any, separation anxiety from Chuckie this time around. I truly wish that I could give David more than 5 stars, because he truly has earned it on so many factors. Between taking him to the dog park, the beach, and this cute little creek. All the while, taking beautiful pictures of him that we will treasure forever. He has a beautiful oasis of a backyard that Chuckie can go to, to both play and do his "Doggie Business". If David were to ever be unable to watch Chuckie for whatever reason, we would be devastated. Because, Chuckie feels, to our knowledge, that going over like a treat/extended playdate. David is the best petsitter that we have ever had in the 13 years that my husband, Mark, has had him. Now, keep in mind that Chuckie is no walk in the park!!! He suffers from EXTREME separation anxiety. But, with every visit over to David's home, the anxiety seems to lessen bit by bit. And I attribute that to David's great love of dogs, and his overall personality. Dogs have a 6th sense about people, and they can tell caring people vs. people just looking for spare money. And David DEFINITELY falls into the caring category!!!!!”

“We were delighted with the care Janel , Jeffrey and Olivia provided our two dogs during the first visit and we look forward to continuing to book with them . Janel and Jeff are professionals and we highly recommend their service . We have two dogs, with two distinct personalities, and Janel and Jeff did a great job caring for both . Janel and Jeff are compassionate, experienced, patient and thoughtful listeners ( esp when we probably gave them too much information during our first visit!). Olive and Happy say thank you for the wonderful visit - and so do we !”

“Celeste is amazing! She accommodated my booking on short notice during the holiday and took GREAT care of my spoiled golden. Bella had a fun time with the children and her 2 fur babies. THANK YOU, Celeste!”

“Stephanie’s the best! My dog Oki is old and he hasn’t been with anyone else but me. He had a little bit of separation anxiety and Stephanie made him feel loved and cared for. She was patient with him and Oki finally felt safe in someone else’s care. We definitely would go back to her in a heartbeat.”

“Since this was the first time since I’ve had Rufus, I’ve never boarded him anywhere. I knew he got along with most dogs we’ve come across but I was a little worried how he would react with other dogs in close proximity. Laura assured me it would be fine. Laura sent me pictures twice a day and kept in touch with me. My worries lifted when she sent pics with other doggums. So if you want your baby cared for by a loving dog mom, Laura your girl.”

“Thanks so much for taking good care of Eulee. He is going to miss being off leash in your yard. Not something he can do at home unfortunately. Thanks for the glucosamine chews too!”

“Jean and Al did a great job with Biscuit. They accepted him on short notice so we could have a beach day out. He had a full day and enjoyed playing with their pups. Jean sent me text updates and a couple of photos. He came home worn out and ready to nap.”

“Tracee is a great doggie sitter. She made sure she made our princess feel comfortable and calmed. Tracee gave Nala her undivided attention. Keeping us up to date with everything that they were doing. Nala had a great time.”

“Mai was absolutely awesome!!! She took such good care of my baby Jagger and kept me posted with pictures and updates the whole time. Her home was lovely and comfortable and her pets were so welcoming to my pet. This was my first time leaving my pet through Rover and I highly recommend then and Mai. Such a professional and pet lover. Until next time and only with Mai. Thank you!”

“Joanna took excellent care of our pet and treated her with so much love and attention. She kept us updated every day with pictures and videos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. I would highly recommend Joanna to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy pet sitter!”

“This is the second time Mailo has stayed with them! Mailo is truly happy at their home! Thank you for taking such good care of him and for always communicating so well.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - New Port Richey
Christine was a pleasure to work with. She is friendly and was very caring for my dog during her boarding at Christine’s house. Christine was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. She provided daily updates on my dog with pictures on most days. I could see how easy-going she was, but at the same time was very attentive to my dog’s needs and my instructions. Christine is clearly a dog lover and it shows with how sweet she was with my dog, and cared for her as if it were her own. This was my first time using Rover, and I highly recommend Christine as a boarder. I was not disappointed at all at giving Rover a chance. Christine gave me the confidence that everything would be fine. I could tell this was not Christine’s first rodeo. My dog warmed-up very quickly to her and there were no issues with my dog getting along with Christine. I plan to use her in the future when I need a safe and reliable person to board my dog.
I left my dog Sadie with Clary for a week while we were on vacation. Clary sent me regular updates, comforted my dog during storms, and was flexible when our travel plans changed. Clary's house is neat and clean and somehow doesnt smell like dog! Sadie came back smelling fresh. My dog appeared well cared for when I picked her up. I will definately book Clary again.

I could not have wished for a better sitter for my Labrador Retriever, Winnie! Robin is a wonderful and warm person who truly loved and spoiled Winnie during the three weeks she looked after her. Robin sent pictures and updates every day, which gave me great peace of mind. Her two dogs are happy and friendly, and Winnie got along beautifully with them. I would not hesitate to recommend Robin to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter.

Alicia watched my dog and also took care of him over Christmas, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She is incredibly kind, loving, and attentive, and it was clear how much she truly cares about animals. I received daily updates, comments, and pictures, which gave me such peace of mind. My dog was happy, relaxed, and so well cared for the entire time. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such wonderful hands. I can’t recommend Alicia enough — she’s truly amazing!
