About: I have had 3 family dogs throughout my life, I personally take care of reptiles and amphibians, and I genuinely love to care for animals! I personally own a bearded dragon named Ember and in the past, I have briefly homed poorly cared for lizards and found them new homes. My family currently has a pit bull terrier mix, named Nyla. She is the absolute light of my life and she truly made me realize how happy caring for animals made me. I am a recent college graduate so I currently have full availability, I will make sure to update if my current schedule undergoes any changes! About: Good Morning! I am Janiya and I’m excited to introduce myself! As an animal science graduate student, my journey with dogs began at a young age. I have been caring for my own dogs since I was just 10 years old, which has given me a deep understanding of canine behavior and needs. My academic background in animal science has equipped me with a solid foundation in animal care, health, and behavior. Through my coursework, I have gained insights into various aspects of veterinary medicine, nutrition, and training techniques. This knowledge allows me to provide not only basic care but also specialized attention tailored to each dog's unique requirements. In addition to my studies, I actively engage in clinical hours at a local veterinary clinic under the guidance of a certified veterinarian and vet tech. This hands on experience is invaluable. It has allowed me to observe and participate in real-world scenarios involving pet health care. From administering medications to understanding common health issues, this practical exposure enhances my ability to recognize signs of distress or illness in dogs while I am sitting or walking them. I’m currently working during the week so I’m available currently on the weekends anytime and will update my hours if need be due to obtaining a set schedule for clinical hours. I believe establishing a consistent daily routine is crucial for both dogs. This includes regular feeding times, exercise, and bathroom breaks. For my husky, who is energetic and playful, I ensure she gets at least an hour of vigorous exercise each day. This includes walks, runs, or playtime in the yard. My cockapoo also enjoys playtime but requires slightly less intense activity due to his smaller size and older age. I ensure that my home environment is safe for both dogs by removing hazardous items such as toxic plants or small objects they could swallow inside and outside. Additionally, I use baby gates if necessary to restrict access to certain areas of the house where they might get into trouble. I have learned by following these steps consistently in caring for my husky and cockapoo at home, and applying similar principles when caring for clients' pets, I’ll create a nurturing environment that supports their health and happiness.

About: I grew up caring for 2 dogs and 2 cats, as well as pet sitting for friends and family! Even though some have passed away now, the fur babies always leave a print on my heart. While I am unable to house pets where I reside, my heart is ready to meet new friends on my traveling journeys! I work remotely as and English/ESL teacher, so my schedule remains flexible to meet all pet needs and responsibilities. I have yet to run into a schedule that I could not tailor to my current workload and personal needs. Due to my flexibility, I have no issues waking up early and being around for specific care requests that are needed through the day. All of my previous engagements have felt confident and felt pleased with the attention, safety and comfort I am able to provide with the consistent presence.

About: I’ve always been very comfortable around animals and genuinely enjoy caring for them. I previously worked as a pet sitter caring for a home with 7 cats and understand how important routine, cleanliness, patience, and attention are for pets while their owners are away. I also volunteer with Catsbury Park cat rescue and currently care for 6 cats of my own, so I have experience with different personalities, energy levels, and care needs. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine since I already care for multiple cats of my own every day. I’m currently available Wednesday evenings, Thursdays, and Fridays for drop-in visits and pet sitting. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and always make sure pets are fed, comfortable, and given attention while their owners are away. I always prioritize creating a calm, safe, and clean environment for every pet I care for. I understand how important routines are for animals, especially cats, and I carefully follow feeding instructions, litter box cleaning, medications if needed, and any special care requests. I’m respectful of clients’ homes and focus on making pets feel comfortable, secure, and stress-free while their owners are away.

About: I have been taking care of dogs, cats and birds. Since i was a kid. My neighbors, friends and family's has called upon me to care for there pet some training while they are out of town or long day trip. I'm not working as of now. So my availability and schedule is open. If needed on weekend. I'm also open. Open Monday thru Friday. Just contact me. I love taking my dogs and my friends, family and neighbors dogs to the dog park. It's large for the small dogs to run around. There is also a large dogs section that is bigger.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always been one of the best parts of my day. I currently work from home with flexible hours, which means I’m able to give plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I do have a friendly dog of my own, and I’d love the opportunity to spend time with and gain more experience with other dogs as well.
