About: I’ve got three doggies of my own at home who mean everything to me. Two of them are senior pups, one with hip dysplasia so i’m well versed in paying extra attention and care of those with some extra needs. My third pup is a young guy who’s energy I work to get out for him so i’m also able to keep up with high energy doggies I currently work full time as a therapist for kiddos with autism but am available any evening and weekends. I am also available for holidays Having three dogs myself has made me hyper aware of their safety and ensuring they have a safe environment which includes but is not limited to creating a safe space for them. respecting their space, reading body language signals as well as checking the environment for any possible dangers. Of course any specific instructions left by the owner will be adhered to.

About: Hello fellow dog owners! My name is Kevin and I am a fun, loving dog person! My partner and I are new to Fort Wayne, recently moving here from Anchorage, Alaska (yes, we drove!). With a 14 year old senior pooch of my own, I understand the incredible bond we have with our beloved friends. I have had Brita since she was 2 months old, and now that she is a subtle senior, her and I have built a friendship that is forever lasting. Having to leave your best friend at home alone is one of the greatest fears and anxieties a pet owner could imagine! With me your pooch will have plenty of play time, walks and many belly rubs! UPDATE: My partner and I recently adopted a 4-month-old Beagle puppy named Juno! My amazing senior dog, Brita (my trusty co-pilot), has completely embraced her role as big sister and is already helping teach Juno the house rules. Welcoming a new puppy into our home has brought back so many great memories from when Brita was little, while also giving me hands-on experience with puppy training all over again. It's been a wonderful reminder of the patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement that help young dogs thrive! Whether you have an energetic new puppy or a sweet senior dog, I'm confident I can provide attentive, compassionate care tailored to their needs. My experience caring for both a senior dog and a growing puppy has given me a deeper understanding of how to meet dogs where they are at every stage of life :) I am currently not working, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pup! I am available during the week and most weekends. When I am at a clients home, I make sure I ask all the necessary questions, and follow their detailed instructions for their pet. I care for them the same way I would at my house. All the attention! Having used Rover for my own dog, I am the type of person that needs reassurance that my pet is okay. I will send you all of the photos, videos and texts that will keep your mind calm. It is a huge safety factor for me to know my animal is being taken care of.

I provide up to 1 hour walks and check-ins with your dog or cat here in Fort Wayne. You can be assured with me knowing your pet will be safe and happy while you are gone. Let's just schedule a time and place to have a meet and greet so I can get to know you and your companion! Every day after work I make sure to give my animals plenty of love and affection. I currently am available any time after 2pm on any day of the week. Going for a walk can be dangerous if you are not paying well enough attention to cars, people and other dogs, and objects/food on the ground. I am always wary of potential hazards to the dog!

About: Ever since I was around 5 or 6, I always remember being in a home with pets. Whether it was dogs, cats, reptiles, a potbellied pig, and even smaller animals. Older or very young, all of the animals I have had and cared for were very spoiled and given a life well deserved. I love every single animal and couldn't imagine a life without them. I believe that all animals deserve proper care, and a loving home. Any animal is loved as if they were my own. I am currently working at Kroger part time, three days a week. I am going to school full time as well. The days I work at Kroger are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday- 5 a.m.- 9 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the days I attend school and go all day. I plan on fitting in pet care after working at my job, and possibly weekends. I care for pets in my home or a client's home by greeting them and making sure they have everything they need. This includes making sure they are comfortable enough, with plenty of food and water. I also make sure they get taken outside or have access to use the bathroom often or whenever needed. Activities, such as playing, walks, or tricks is something I make sure to fit in as well.
