“They were amazing! I am so thankful I found them! I have a doggie who is reactive/ unpredictable at times. They listened to my concerns and implemented my recommendations to keep everyone safe. I could not have asked for a better experience!”

“Kaylee is great, you can tell she loves the dogs she visits! It's so nice to have someone you trust visit your pup while your away. We'll definitely be using her again in the future”

“Alexis was great. My dog Franco was just not behaving. Although Alexis had met him before and he seemed to like her, after we left he decided to be very protective. Alexis did an amazing job of dealing with him and still managed to get him fed ans taken care of every day I can’t thank her enough”

About: What sets me apart is my experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels. From laid back seniors to high-energy pups who love to play. I take the time to get to know each dog's unique personality and needs so they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while you're away. My goal is to provide reliable, loving care that gives both pets and owners peace of mind. I am very available at the moment. I am currently home from college so I am able to do any type of sitting any day of the week, pretty much all day. Whether I am caring for pets in my home or a client's home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent as possible so they feel comfortable and secure. I make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, fresh water, and meals according to their normal schedule. I also take the time to learn each pet's personality and needs, ensuring they get the level of care, companionship, and activity that is best for them.
About: I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. Having owned multiple cats, including one with thyroid issues requiring daily medication, I’m comfortable providing specialized care when needed. I also grew up helping my mom pet sit for family members’ dogs and cats, giving me years of experience with feeding, playtime, exercise, litter box maintenance, and ensuring pets feel safe and loved while their owners are away. I also have experience with small animals like pet rats from owning them for several years and have cared for guinea pigs in the past. I'm able to give medications orally and topically for small animals. I pride myself on being reliable, attentive, and treating every pet like they’re part of my own family. I have flexible availability on both weekdays and weekends, with most availability before 11:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. I’m also available for extended visits, overnight stays, and in-home pet sitting, allowing me to provide consistent, reliable care that fits your pet’s routine. I tailor my care to each pet’s unique needs and routine to help them feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. For dogs, I provide walks, potty breaks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of companionship. For cats, I handle feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime, and affection on their terms. I’m experienced in administering oral medications, including pills and liquid medications, as well as topical treatments. I also have experience caring for blind and deaf pets and understand the extra patience and attention they may require. Whether your pet is full of energy and loves interactive play or prefers to relax and simply enjoy having someone nearby, I’m happy to meet them where they’re comfortable and provide the mental stimulation, exercise, or calm companionship they need.
“Excellent care for our cats. Made sure to check on each one, making sure they eat something, their litter was clean and their water was topped off. Very thorough. We’re very happy with the sitting and will definitely use Beth in the future.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs for most of my life, and have done some dogsitting and dog walking before. I’ll admit it’s been a bit since I had to focus on school work for my psych degree, but now that I have to wait till fall for grad school, I figured now is the time to help out some furry friends! I’m an animal lover at heart and am not only interested in, but willing to help with any accommodations! Our pets deserve the best after all! :) I only have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I have plenty of time for any pet care. I tend to be more of a night owl so I can help cats when they’re more active at night. I tend to work best with detailed instructions. I don’t want to disturb any routine and want the animal to feel as comfortable as possible.
About: As a college student studying Zoology, animals and their care are more than a side hustle or a hobby: they’re my world. Apart from my academic coursework in animal care and welfare, I have more than eight years of personal care and volunteer experience with numerous animals, including but not limited to: cats, dogs, horses, rats and mice, hamsters, snakes, various types of lizards and amphibians, goats, chickens, sheep, cattle, and even invertebrates such as tarantulas and scorpions. Rest assured, I’ll never discriminate against your furry pal! I have experience giving oral medication, both liquid and pill, as well as insulin injections and subcutaneous fluids. I also have experience caring for elderly animals — like my 18 year old cat, Maya! I can provide feeding, brushing, hoof care, walking, exercise, medication, play time, turning out, litterbox cleaning and much more! I have a driver’s license and my own transportation, and my hours and pay are flexible. I am willing to drive 60-90 minutes depending on needs. As mentioned prior, I have extensive prior experience volunteering at various shelters, vets and farms assisting with animal care, as well as my own personal experience caring for a diverse array of pets. I am happy to gather recommendations from organizations I work with. While caring for your pet or pets, I will regularly keep in contact with you and update you with both text and photos (if desired), along with keeping a dedicated spreadsheet of feeding/watering/grooming times and overall health to guarantee your peace of mind. I am capable of providing pet care across a flexible schedule. I can provide early care from 6-9 AM in the morning and any time after 4:20 PM on weekdays, as well as 24 hour care on weekends and overnight stays if needed. I am able to care for pets in a wide variety of ways thanks to expensive experience. Walking, feeding, litter-box cleaning, playtime, as well as insulin/subcutaneous fluid injections are all possible. I can also administer medication orally. Daily checkups as well as overnight stays are both possible.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
