1. Emily M.

“Emily was amazing! She was quick to respond to any texts and was great with my dog that has special needs. I will definitely be using her again in the future. I had never used someone that I didn’t personally know to watch my dog, but she made it very easy and gave me peace of mind! Thanks Emily!”

2. Deborah T.

“Deb did a lovely job with our 2 dogs. We came home after 2 weeks of vacation to relaxed and happy pets. None of the stressed out behaviors we have seen in the past when we had to kennel them. I would recommend Deb to anyone!”

3. Emerson G.

“Emerson did a great job watching my dog for a week. She was patient with him while he got comfortable, was responsive whenever I sent a message, and she left my house even cleaner when she left than it was before she arrived.”

4. Katelyn G.

“Katelyn has dogsat for the past 2 weeks for my 2 pups. She is super friendly, accommodating and helpful. She sent lots of pictures and kept us updated. She was able to give our dog his medications while we were away. Definitely recommend and will continue to book with her!”

5. Kendall O.

“Kendall did a great job with our 100 pound GSD! She was on time and very responsive! North was exhausted when we got home. 😂. We will most certainly call on Kendall again!”

6. Kristen U.
“Kristen is extremely professional, responsible, and caring. She is very flexible and reliable and has made my life much easier. Her scheduling system is very easy to use and she provides very personalized care- easy to reach and gives updates after her visits. I never have to worry when she takes care of our fur baby❤️”

7. Richie R.
“Richie was a life saver when I was desperately seeking a dog walker for my pup Willie. He became a regular walker for Willie and was the highlight of his day. We ended up moving out of the area but I would recommend Richie to friends, family, and strangers to take care of their pet.”

8. Baylee S.
“Baylee has watched all my animals on multiple occasions. She takes great care of my dog, 3 cats, and 13 chickens. All my animals love when she comes to visit which helps to take the stress off of travel knowing my beloved pets are stress free with someone to love and take care of them while I enjoy my family vacations.”

9. Grace F.
“Grace is a wonderful person to have take care of your pets. She has taken care of our two dogs and one cat multiple times and she goes the extra mile each time. Our dogs love the walks and the extra scratches and pets she gives out. The cat while not the most affectionate, won’t run away from her which I take as a good sign.”

10. Tranae H.

“Tranae was a phenomenal house and dog sitter while we were away for an extended holiday weekend. She kept in touch, sent photo/video updates and went above and beyond in many ways. Highly recommend!”

11. Arianna A.

“Dogs were happy and the house was clean when we arrived home. 1 dog was being a pain having accidents while we were gone. No complaints, all messes cleaned up, and great communication.”

12. Laura H.
“My name is Holly, a long time friend of Laura. Having known her for nearly 20 years, I can confidently say she is responsible, reliable, and incredibly compassionate when it comes to animals. Laura has always been an animal lover and has a very nurturing nature. She has grown up having both dogs and cats, and understands the unique needs of each animal and ensures that they are comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I would trust her with the care of any pet, and I believe she will be an exceptional pet sitter who goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care.”

18. Melissa J.

“Melissa was wonderful! We have 2 Italian Spinoni and a cat. She made them feel at ease right away. I love getting pictures, videos, and updates and Melissa was very responsive to my request. She also had the dogs outside a good deal, which is what they love. One of my dogs is a challenge because he is somewhat nervous. Melissa gave him the time he needed to come around and warm up to him. I will definitely be hiring Melissa again!”

19. Elizabeth O.
“Beth is a true gem! She is a kind and warm person who loves all fur babies! She has been very supportive of our family when we were out of town and willing to do more that asked and loves to walk and play with our Westie! Always reliable and trustworthy! You can’t ask for a nicer person!”

20. Rachel L.
About: I live and am registered on this app in Twin Lake, MI so I will show up in that radius of search, but have a place to stay near Spring Lake, MI, Zeeland, MI and Coloma, MI and can help out in those areas as well. If you know anyone in these areas who needs pet watching feel free to connect them with me. All prices listed can be negotiated by either me or clients upon confirming more details (distance to home, time of stay, ease of pet care, amount of pets, etc.) none of the listed prices are fixed but keep in mind they are an average charge. "Nightly" charge includes a "full day & full night" charge. If you wish for only a "full day" or only a "full night" of in-home stay at your home, the price will be $65. My home is not publicly available but the option isn't completely off-limits; we can discuss the possibility if it's absolutely preferred/necessary for you/your pet(s). I have access to 70+ acres of land in the family for safe dog running, including the option for guarded dog socialization at the house, if you allow. I know a bit of the surrounding areas and go on lots of outdoor adventures (river fishing, lake fishing at our Baldwin cabin, ice fishing (our Baldwin cabin & other locations), mushroom hunting, general hiking, outdoor workouts and jogging, etc...) and would love to have your pet experience these exciting trips with me, depending on your comfortability. I volunteered at Howling Timbers Animal Sanctuary in Muskegon and had the opportunity to interact with many wolf-dogs, general farm animals, and other wild animals that were rescued. One of the wolf-dogs, named Bear, was particularly picky & known to have been violent with other workers but warmed up to me well on my second day working and I had no issues with him. I've always had a dog growing up, limited to one 40-60 pound at a time. I owned my own German Shepherd/Labrador mix for about a year but moving changed the circumstances, the dog stayed with my ex in 2016. I've been caring for my own pets at home (including cats & fish), as well as spending time with friend's & family's pets (including birds and a variety of your basic farm animals) since I can remember. 26 years of watching Cesar Millan and Crocodile Hunter with my family & living with & encountering several animals has instilled in me the skill to properly love and care for your pet. My boyfriend of 3 years (Tom Wall) grew up on a deer farm with multiple dogs constantly around as well, so if you are away or the vet is unreachable he has professional skills to assist. I also have close friends that are vet techs and can be reached for emergencies if necessary. As well, Tom & I often watch a blind senior Jack Russel who takes oral medicine by syringe, and I've worked with similar needs on past dogs. I tend to be more strict when it comes to training dogs in certain areas (jumping up on people, obsessive/constant barking, leash tugging/distracted wandering, coming when called, biting, aggressive behavior while playing or eating, etc.) but have a very lenient heart for snugs on the couch, snackies, and socializing with other people/animals. This is all adjusted to however you allow as long as it's safe for all involved. If sitting for a puppy, I am willing and able to train for basic commands (sit, stay, lay down, gentle, etc.) all dependent on what you as the owner re comfortable with. The reality is, I do not currently have any pets because my boyfriend & I are not home often enough and understand fully that just our love and adoration alone isn't enough to provide a full, quality life for a pet. We need to be able to dedicate hours each day to outdoor time and genuine training and bonding, but right now we just don't have those resources for our own pets. Until the day we are both available enough to fully care for an animal, I will spend as much time with friend's pets, family's pets, neighbor's pets, or catch a request on here and meet a new pup. Every experience I get with someone else's pets helps train me for the future I am eagerly awaiting. I can guarantee I already love your pet and want you to know you are always leaving them with an honest, knowledgable and responsible sitter so they will be safe and content while you are out. Any mile over 15 from my staying place (in any city location) I ask to add $0.50/mile to cover the gas, travel time, and a little extra wear on my vehicle. That includes travel to/from your house *for each drop-in visit*, and each all-day visit will be a one-time to/from travel cost. (example: you live 20 miles away and need me to drop-in twice, this will be a drop-in charge + $10 for extra gas to & from, while an all-day visit will be all-day charge + $5 for gas charge.) If I will already be in the area for some reason (perhaps another client) I will not charge this extra gas fee. I am already an active person who travels often so being able to pass through an area while travelling & get in a quick walk with a dog or drive out & stay a few days with a pet is something so regular for me. Caring for a pet in a client's home will go as to detail as the owner requests as possible. I want to be sure to care for their pets the same way they would, or better, if possible, and leave their home looking as though I was never around. If I offer care in my home (currently unavailable) the pet would be a big part of my & my boyfriend's regular outdoor adventures (if owner allows) and may even meet & socialize with multiple other pets (if owner allows).
