“I feel blessed to have discovered Sue on Rover. She is truly deserving of 5 stars. While her care is more expensive than prior dog sitters, she is worth ever penny. The best endorsement is that my 2 dachshunds are already scheduled to stay with her in the future. I have very high standards about the care my girls receive. Sue exceeded these in every way. No other place that my girls have stayed comes anywhere near the quality of care and time Sue gives. Sue's description states that her animals are "family". She instantly treated my girls this way. Sue's charges have full run of her house including the furniture and her bed. My concern of my girls (especially the 13 year-old who has gotten particular in her old age) getting along with Sue was allayed before I left. Another client described her as a Dog Whisperer. I agree. My hesitation that my girls (one of whom is skittish after a critical, near-death coyote attack) would tolerate Sue's dog, Dingo, was not a concern at all. They not only shared the same house, deck and yard, but also the same bed with Sue. I very much appreciated the pictures, videos and messages Sue sent over the week my girls were with her. Before my plane took off I knew, from a picture of them asleep together on the couch, that my girls felt at home. I highly recommend Sue to anyone looking for a dog sitter.”

“Carlie and her family took great care of my dog while I was gone. Brimley went to the park, took some walks, got to run and play ball and was fawned over by Carlie's little one. Brimley ate up allllll the attention!! I got plenty of pictures andy doggie was popped out when she got home. In fact, when I arrived to pick her up, I don't think Brimley was too keen on going home. I think she wanted to stay and play with the other doggies and their little girl. I let her in the truck and she jumped out the other side. Ha! Highly, highly recommend. I hope I can have them watch Brim again!”

“We learned about Rover though a relative and are very glad we did. We have used various other boarding services over the past few years for Sophie. They all have their particular strengths and weaknesses but the personal service provided through Rover is the best option right now. This is Sophie's second stay with Patty and we are very happy with her service. Sophie gets along and plays well with Patty's two dogs. This takes care of two things: Sophie gets a playmate and burns off some energy. Another advantage is that it is much more relaxing and less stressful for her to be in a home environment. Patty sends out photos and updates as well which not only show that Sophie is enjoying herself, but making herself right at home. So all around a good fit for us which we will be using again. Sophie is in good hands when she stays with Patty.”

She fully understood his needs and capabilities, and I felt so comfortable leaving him with her! Chico loved her as well and let her do all of his medical routines with no issues. “I know Auston through her business, The Paw Place, a daycare provider for dogs in Grandville, MI. I was looking for such a place for my pit mix, Ruby, so she could become socialized with other dogs. She helped me with her training and guided me on how to handle such a dog. The Paw Place was always full of dogs playing and socializing and just dogging! There was very little barking from all of them and they all seemed to enjoy being there. Auston is very knowledgeable in all breeds and how dogs should be treated. In turn, the dogs all seemed to respect her and showed her lots of love as well. I always felt my dogs were in a safe place when not home with me. She cares for them all as if her own.”
