About: I’ve always been a huge animal lover and have plenty of experience caring for animals of all shapes and sizes! I have horses of my own and have cared for everything from horses and donkeys to dogs, cats, and even fish. I also have two dogs of my own: a giant Goldendoodle (and I mean GIANT lol!) and a little wiener dog, along with two cats, a Maine Coon and a white shorthair. In addition to caring for my own pets, I take care of my boss’s two dogs every day at work, so I’m very comfortable with daily routines, feeding, walks, playtime, and giving pets plenty of love and attention. I also have lots of experience looking after other people’s animals, from the tiniest pups to the biggest dogs and everything in between! I know every animal has its own personality, needs, and routine, and I love getting to know each one. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, feeding, or just some extra care while you’re away, I’m happy to help! I’ll always treat your animals like they’re my own and make sure they’re loved and well taken care of! I currently work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and I have college classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 AM to 11 AM. Outside of those hours, my schedule is pretty flexible! I’m more than happy to work with you to find times that fit both of our schedules. I know everyone has different routines, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate you and your furry friends! About: I’ve taken care of my brothers, friends, and family’s dogs periodically throughout the decades and have now personally had my own pup for going on 3 years. I make it a point to give each dog, whether it’s mine or someone’s else’s a fun and good life to live. A dormant unattended to dog bothers me to no end so your dog would be in not only great hands but hands that will actively pursue making your dad have the best day! I currently work weekends at the hospital so most of my week days are free and clear! I’m a natural night owl so being up late isn’t a problem either I live in a fenced/gated town home community with extremely friendly neighbors who all have dogs. We have a gated dog park for all the dogs to mingle and play as well as many parks and fields surrounding the home to where they can get exercise! Each dog will be directly cared for 1 on 1 with me in my townhome to ensure proper care

About: I have had cats as pets for my entire life and have taken care of dogs for friends and family throughout my childhood. As a wildlife biologist, I have love for all animals and understand what is most important for the health and safety of your pet. I am currently taking classes remotely so I have plenty of time throughout the week to feed, exercise and have fun with your furry friends I am available for drop in visits/house sitting, aa well as dog walking visits. I am able to administer any needed medications when provided with instructions.

I only have about one hour of class Monday through Thursday and work one to two days per week for several hours at a time. About: I am an experienced animal owner and previous vet assistant. I have three dogs and two cats, and have experience with exotic and small/caged animals as well. I have worked with many types of special needs animals (aggressive, multiple medications, assisted walking, etc) so I am comfortable around ALL cat and dog types! I would love to just stop by or stay for extended visits. I am in the East Brainerd area but definitely willing to travel when needed. I run everyday with my dogs and could with yours too. Although, I would love to sit and watch some Netflix with your couch potato puppies too! I love animals and am willing to work hard for your fur family so you can rest easy while you are away. I am willing to clean after myself and your animals while you are away, just leave details, also happy to take care of small chores, like putting the garbage out and getting the mail.
About: Most sitters will do a fine job taking care of your pet while doing the minimum, but if your pet is as rambunctious as mine have been, I will have no problem taking them on a run or other forms of exercise as many times as they so please. I don’t have usually any scheduling issuing that would get in the way of me and your pet. I can be very attentive throughout the day. I have a fenced in yard and 2 big cages that they can get comfy in when need be. I have 3 wonderful roommates who, if you’re comfortable with, will also play and take care of your pets as often as you like.

Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
