About: I have been around animals all my life. Born in the country, cows and horses are most common, but I’ve come to love having dogs, cats, and reptiles of my own! There has never been an animal I couldn’t warm up to, and I love getting to know every pets unique personality. I DO OWN PETS, I just am not offering boarding services or requesting sitting services so I would prefer not to share their details! I am always willing to move around my schedule to better fit my clients needs! I have a ride I depend on for now while I’m learning to drive, so I cannot be out too late unless I’m staying the night. I prefer to pet sit or walk pets at other homes, not my own, as I have a reactive dog with history of abuse, and she is not amicable with other pets.

About: Hi! My name is Andrea. I have lived in the Hudson Valley for almost 4 years now, and have been working in the area off and on since 2014. I live with my partner, Mike, and precious pups Kona and Desi. I have always lived with dogs. I am an Occupational Therapist in a school district full time and love to farm and bicycle during my off time. I’ve done house sitting and dog sitting previously and enjoyed the work. I have my own vehicle and am used to commuting around the Hudson Valley for work and for fun. I wanted to get back into dog sitting and pet sitting to assist in getting a new car and to get to spend time with pets! I have always been obsessed with dogs! I freelance in film production which allows me to be flexible with days and time. I have a wired sleeping schedule too which will allow me to go whenever to watch your pet. Your best friend will be spoiled and pampered with me. I have a very flexible schedule with plenty of availability as this is my main job. I can also do long term sitting up to 6 weeks if necessary. About: I have had pets my whole life and hold animals dear to my heart! I LOVE spending time with them and making them happy. I have cared for dogs and cats for years and am very patient with them. I have a fenced in yard. I would prefer to avoid bringing clients pets into my home because I have 2 cats. But if the dog is friendly enough and has experience with cats I would consider it. My house is fairly big. It has a basement and attic, with 2 floors they’d have room to run and play. I have a medium sized yard so there would be room for them to run and play. I also have a safe street to bring them on walks. I pet sit full time. I’m looking to gain more clients so please book me. About: Hello! Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a lifelong dog-lover and I just go gaga for descendents of wolves of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. My mother actually says that my first word as a baby was "dog", so I think it is simply fate that I am here today. I grew up with a magical Golden Retriever named Chessie and a spunky wire-haired Dachshund named Emma. I loved playing fetch with Chessie in the backyard, grooming Emma and trying to tame her spikey fur, and walking them together all around my hometown. As an adult, friends and family trusted me to walk, feed, play with, and care for their dogs. And later, I was lucky enough to adopt a very special 7-year old mini-Australian Shepherd named Lexi who had been surrendered by her previous owner. Lexi had intense separation anxiety and some health issues with her kidneys, so after all that she had been through, it was so wonderful and rewarding to love and care for Lexi and watch her regain her confidence and trust in people and thrive. Being her dog-mom was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life and I miss her so much. As your pup's new friend, it is my mission to give them that same level of attention, care, and admiration. Dogs have infinite space for love and joy and we have so much to learn from them, so I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I am a work-from-home creative type so I have lots of time and space in my schedule to take care of your pup! I am available for walks, playdates, and drop-ins, Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm and I also offer boarding. I live in a large first floor two-bedroom apartment that's right next door to my building's dog park. Enriching town parks and trails are super close, along with a community teeming with all sorts of dog-lovers and dogs. My home is a warm and welcoming spot for your dog's vacay!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life, I have owned and cared for multiple breeds of dogs and cats, big and small, and been a pet sitter for friends and family on and off for the last 10 years. As a result of my experience as a pet parent and sitter I am very comfortable with most breeds. I also have limited experience training full grown dogs as well as puppies. I am available for walks, check-ins, or pet sitting every day. I am also available for boarding on a case by case basis. My work schedule allows me to be present for most of the day, so I can remain attentive and take plenty of walk and play breaks. During the times that I am gone I am able to crate them if that is your preference or they can have free access to the main part of the house and I will check in on them regularly through the doggie cams. I am able to dog sit in your home as well as in my own home, which has a large amount of indoor space that they can roam around in, as well as a partially fenced back yard that they can play in on a long leash with my supervision. I have plenty of time for walks and play breaks during the day. And during the few hours a day that I am out of the house, they can be crated, or they can roam around the main part of the house. I check in on them every half hour through the doggy cams set up in the house. I am comfortable walking, feeding, and if necessary, providing medication on the schedule and in the manner that you prefer.

At only 3 I moved in with my step father onto a small farm(yes this means I can feed your chickens, gather your eggs, clean your stalls, and feed your cattle, pigs, or even horses). I spent three years working in the veterinary field where I learned to better understand and triage animal emergency and how to deal with them calmly and safely. I have 3 dogs, and 2 cats of my own as well as a bearded dragon and a few chickens, whom I love more than life. I have minimal boarding experience, but have had or worked with everything from fish and birds, to dogs to cattle, from snakes to horses, and I love each one of these creatures just as much as the rest. I adore all animals, and cherish my pets so much, and finding some one you can trust to REALLY care for them can be a challenge, so let me make your life a little easier with flexible, reliable, patient and gentle care. As a pet mom to 11 furry, scaly, and feathered babies, I know how hard it can be to find reliable pet care. My animals are my children, my babies; the most important things in my world. I promise to love yours the way I’d love my own. I am currently unemployed and taking a leap. What I’d LOVE is to start my own pet care company. I know how hard it is to find pet care in and around the Berkshires, especially the holidays when all the day cares and well known sitters are booked - so let me take some of that weight off you. I’m flexible and reliable and can do drops ins, walks, day stays, over nights, or multiple day stays. I’m open to any animal type, including pocket pets, exotics and special needs. What can I say? Pets are really the only thing most of us like in this crazy world; so it’s kind of the perfect job. 😉 I am open to all types of care, all types of animals, and all types of situations. I have experience in vet medicine and have had elderly and special needs animals my whole life. No matter how long my interaction with your baby is, I assure you it will be filled with love.
