“Robin was exactly on time for her first walk with our 6-month old Izzy. Izzy loves every dog or person she meets. so I wasn't surprised when she greeted Robin affectionately. After a few minutes of instruction, they were off for their first walk together. When they returned, Robin described their adventure in detail. She was articulate and accurate, given Izzy's typical behavior (for example: she doesn't "get" that a dog growling at her means "keep away." }. Big news: Izzy must have felt very comfortable with Robin, since this was the very first time that she peed on-leash during a dog walk away from our yard. I have also grown up with two dogs and a bird, who have since passed. My roommates' cats and dogs have felt like family to me, and treated as such. Since living on my own I’ve had my own cat, Umami who is the cutest character and wild child that I loved so dearly! I would love to keep your pet company (and vise versa!)
