About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 10 years old, and my family brought home our first dog. Now, I’m a pet parent to an extremely fluffy and needy great pyr as well as an equally needy and chatty siamese cat. I am no stranger to a dog brush, vacuum, or giving medication to the most unwilling canine clients. I work from home on Friday and my weekends are spent at home. Errands are usually less than 2 hours. Very flexible during the busy holiday season. About: I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember. My pets are my children so I love them fiercely. I have worked with and volunteered with animals for the last 15 years. I’ve spent time with pets in a clinic environment as a vet tech, a shelter environment as a kennel tech and dog walker, and a rescue environment as a volunteer. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
