About: My wife, Connie, a retired nurse, and I have had six dogs over 35 years. We miss them dearly. I have raised dogs from puppyhood through their senior years so I understand the patience, structure and affection that go with it. I am retired from my legal practice of 35 years, and very active. I love long walks and have a nice fenced backyard if pet sitting is needed. Whether your pup needs long walks, gentle companionship or just someone who treats them like family I’m committed to make them feel safe, loved and genuinely cared for. After being self-employed for 35 years I am looking for something to keep me busy and I can’t think of a better way to spend my time. I have a very flexible schedule so I am basically available 24/7. Our pup went 2 days and came back both days a bit overwhelmed, exhausted and especially on day 2 he was stinky and scratched up. As a one year old he may not have been able to hold his own with the larger older dogs. It seems to be a great place for larger dogs, but even my 80lb Ridgeback was overwhelmed and may have been out muscled. He tends to play hard and get clumsy. Will certainly consider in the future for booking.”
