About: My wife, Connie, a retired nurse, and I have had six dogs over 35 years. We miss them dearly. I have raised dogs from puppyhood through their senior years so I understand the patience, structure and affection that go with it. I am retired from my legal practice of 35 years, and very active. I love long walks and have a nice fenced backyard if pet sitting is needed. Whether your pup needs long walks, gentle companionship or just someone who treats them like family I’m committed to make them feel safe, loved and genuinely cared for. After being self-employed for 35 years I am looking for something to keep me busy and I can’t think of a better way to spend my time. I have a very flexible schedule so I am basically available 24/7. In my home I will provide a warm, clean environment, plenty of attention and lots of outdoor activity since I’m an active retired person with plenty of time to give.

She was flexible & accommodating, loved on our Tucker dog, who can have high separation anxiety, and communicated with us through the day to let us know how he was doing and to verify any concerns. It was a blessing to have her watch him for the day, allowing him to join us on this trip but to know he was in good hands while we completed activities he could not join us for. About: I’ve owned cats all my life, and a few dogs. I have experience volunteering at a local animal shelter, working with both cats and dogs when I was younger . I have a 4H background as well. We adopted our dog Frida 2 years ago. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom with a flexible schedule. We are home often and already own a dog. It's not much more work to add one or two into the mix. My kids love dogs and enjoy meeting new ones. We all love that owning dogs helps us to be outside more, either playing with the dogs or taking them on walks. My three children adore dogs and cats, and will give lots of love and attention. We live near parks and have a great neighborhood for walks. Dogs are allowed to free range of the house and fenced yard. They are allowed on the couches.
