“Hemmingway has been staying with Gabriel for a couple on months now. Gabriel and his son Lucas spend the entire days playing with Hemi, Titan and Almond. The back yard is completely fixed up for dogs to be outside and playing. When he has errands to run Delia and their two older kids help out. The team is very flexible as my work hours are all over the map. They were even able to keep Hemi overnight on short notice while I had a family member at a local ED. The pictures and updates make my day ! Gabriel has taught Hemi to sit, platz,up or jump and are working on heeling. I am sooooo blessed to have a great place or second home for Hemi!❤️ Love the entire family ?”

I know how important it is to feel at ease while you’re away, so I always send regular updates to keep you informed on how your pet is doing. Your pet will never feel alone. My mom and sister are also animal lovers, and together we make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for like family. Cats stay indoors in our rooms in a calm, cozy space. Dogs are kept both inside and outside during the day, and we also provide walks. At night, dogs are kept indoors so I always know they are safe. I carefully follow all feeding instructions and any specific routines you provide. I also keep a clean, safe environment, including a well-maintained yard. I currently have one cat, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel completely comfortable. About: I’ve always had dog in my life. Having my own dogs as well as working in a vet hospital I have much experience in giving love and care to all pets I meet. I’ve been entrusted many times by family and friends to take care of their pets. My days consist solely of pet care. About: I’ve had a dog since I was 10 he was older so I had to learn to be patient with him.Now with a newer puppy I had to find ways to train and help him not be so shy around other dogs As a college student I have my weekends open and I stay at school for holidays! During the week I have a lot of time in between class in order to take care of your loving pet! I always make sure to keep an eye on the pets when outside the back yard or just in the house just to make sure they’re okay. During walks when walking pass other dogs I try to walk across the street from other dog or stray off to the side and wait for the dog to pass us.

I live in Galt and have been driving all the way to the Greenhaven/Pocket area in the mornings before work (in Elk Grove) for daycare. During our meet and greet I got to see her very well kept home and her two adorable little girls who did very well with my big excited puppy. She sent pictures of Drake romping around her yard and playing with another dog who is currently being boarded with her. She was honest with me letting me know any behaviors that she had to correct and I’m thankful that she is knowledgeable in dog behavior. I will be using her on a weekly basis... especially since my dog didn’t want to leave when I came to pick him up! He was exhausted but was giving her kisses when I tried to tell him we were going home. Drake is happy so I’m happy.”

About: As a lifelong dog lover, I’ve been caring for dogs since childhood, growing up with Labrador Retrievers and learning firsthand the importance of patience, consistency, and affection. Over the years, I’ve helped whelp litters, fostered rescue dogs (including one who became a beloved member of our family), and cared for dogs of all ages and temperaments. My home is peaceful and dog-friendly, shared with my sweet mixed-breed dog, Prema, and features a large, securely fenced yard for safe play and exploration. Daily walks, plenty of attention, and a calm, nurturing environment ensure that every dog in my care feels comfortable, loved, and right at home. I’m currently working from home, part-time, and teaching yoga at a nearby gym a couple of days a week, so your sweet pet would rarely be home on their own. My single-story home has a large, fenced yard where your dog can roam freely to play, take a sunbath, or chase butterflies. My 32 lb dog, Prema, will keep your dog company on daily walks and at home. The home has a doggie door, so your dog is free to roam in the house and outside. The doggie door is locked at night. Ideally, you would supply you dog’s favorite bed (although we have extras) a collar and leash, and preferred food with instructions on feeding timing, amount, etc. I want your pet to feel happy, safe, and have fun while here. 🦮
