About: My neighbors trust me to take care of their furry friends when needed. I’ve since moved away for college and hope to meet more pet parents through Rover! I have a full-time job (can WFH) with a flexible lunch break, so I can take care of your pet throughout the day! I enjoy hiking, and if your dog enjoys the exercise I would appreciate the company. 😆 I’m also studying for the MCAT, so I’d love to have a study buddy. Due to a recent move, I no longer have the capacity to board in my home. However, I’m more than happy to house sit and take care of your pets overnight!

About: I’ve had a love for animals since I was a little girl. My mom has always had a love for cats so we got to raise multiple cats and their kittens growing up. When I was 6-8 I finally got the responsibility of my own dog. It was a huge deal to me and taught me so many things I’m glad I was able to learn at a young age. Animals are a huge responsibility, from health to sensory play to ensure the animal is as happy as can be it’s all a big deal to me. When I was 18 I started to work for another at home pet care service and learned even more useful things. How to administer medecine, how to care for senior dogs and their special needs, and how to love and take care of any animal as if it was my own. At 20 I got the pleasure to work at PetSmart Pet Hotel , although it was short lived because of my living situation at the time it taught me a lot. I got to work with all kinds of different dogs and cats with different temperaments and medical needs. From some of the most viscous dogs to the sweetest ones , I always strived to make all of those animals happy as long as they were with me Animal care fits into my everyday life. Having 5 dogs and 2 cats, may seem like a lot to some, but being able to give a home to all my animals while making them happy is such a treasure to me. I have a fenced yard and 5 loud but friendly dogs and 2 cats. My dogs eat on a twice a day schedule to help them stay on a routine and not be all over the place. I take all my dogs (except for the senior) on walks either daily or a few times a week if we chose to do longer hikes at Deep Lake. I strive to keep all my pets happy, clean , and respectful

I grew up in a family that ran a boarding kennel in Juneau, Alaska, and currently own and operate Dandy Dog Daycare and Boarding there. I care for pets like my own, they will be in the main house with my family and senior dog! We have the ability to create overnight if that is something your pet is used to! There is a four foot fenced yard that would be accessible to pets that do not have a tendency to jump out of enclosure. If you are concerned your pup may test fences, I am also able to do leashed potty breaks and walks.
