Doggy Day Care Myakka City

About: Dogs have always been part of our life and out here on the farm they are family members. We are currently on our own training journey with our newest bloodhound as she is becoming SAR certified. Always movement and activities going on out at the farm. I typically feed the dogs early morning around 7am and again around 7pm. Dogs have over an acre to run with a mini pool and large air conditioned shed outfitted with a couch and dog beds. Less like boarding and more like doggie vacation. Will follow owners requests for care. Photo updates will be provided daily. Large fenced dog specific area. Dog home has camera for 24 hour monitoring. Can crate inside overnight if requested. Dogs are fed separately.

“My pups had an awesome day on the ranch with Morgan! She returned my inquiry text within minutes and set up a meet and greet. She was very thorough with her questions about my dogs and their habits, preferences and rules. She asks about your dogs' play style, if your dog is allowed on furniture, are they allowed to dig, are they allowed to have sticks and treats. My dogs have essentially no rules, but that was fine too! She was sweet and friendly and also professional and knowledgeable. I was very confident leaving my dogs with Morgan for a day of daycare while our usual sitter was out of town. She was flexible with my early morning drop off and flexible with pick up since I didn't know what time exactly I would be done with work. Most importantly, my dogs had a great long day with new friends! They spent time inside (snoozing on the couch in the AC) and outside very long leads so they could sniff and explore. The pups said they had a great day and can't wait to come back! We'll definitely be back when we need a backup and possibly for boarding. Thank you Morgan!”

About: Hi! We’re Jeff and Steph. I work from home full-time, and Steph is a teacher with summers and holidays off, so your dog will get plenty of attention and care. We provide a calm, structured home environment and tend to do best with hypoallergenic or low-shedding dogs. We’ve had dogs for years and are very comfortable managing multiple dogs in a home setting. We currently have two doodles, Rudy and Carolina, and are used to reading dog behavior, introducing dogs slowly, and keeping a calm, structured environment. We focus on routines, supervision, and making sure all dogs feel safe and comfortable during their stay. We’ve also hosted dogs for friends and family and understand how important it is for owners to feel confident leaving their dog in a safe, reliable home. Steph is a teacher and has summers and holidays off, which gives us even more flexibility and coverage during busy travel times. Between the two of us, dogs are rarely left alone and are part of a steady, predictable routine that helps them feel comfortable and at ease. We provide a calm, safe, and structured home environment. I work from home, so dogs receive consistent supervision, regular potty breaks, and attention throughout the day. We have a fenced yard for safe outdoor time, and all dogs are introduced slowly to ensure everyone is comfortable. We only take a small number of dogs at a time to keep things low-stress and manageable. We follow each owner’s routine as closely as possible to help their dog feel at home.

About: I’m very active who works from home with my own 1.5yr old Lab who’s an absolute angel with no mean bone in his body. There is a large dog park 30 yards from my apartment and a large lake your dogs will get to enjoy plenty as I always aim for 15k steps a day. I watch another large Lab and Golden frequently so very used to handling large, strong dogs! I work from home Monday through Friday and always up by 7am. I take my dog on a long morning walk, lunch and evening with dog park visits sprinkled in between. I along with your dogs love to get sun and fresh air as often as possible. I use the apartment gym for 45min daily and have a Furbo camera to view dogs. My place is 1,005 sq ft inside always cold from the Florida heat with a large fenced in dog park just 30yds from me your dogs will enjoy multiple times a day! I understand how nice it is for a dog to have fun and get all their energy out so you can have extra relaxation and peace of mind!
