About: I have owned and cared for dogs my whole life. I also know how important it is to be able to leave my pets with someone who is caring, kind, and safe. Pets are family but sometimes we need to leave them with sitter. I will care for the pups I care for as my own. I have a fenced yard where they can play. Arlington Park a few blocks away for walks. I am recently retired RN. I wake looking forward to care for my two small dogs and am available to open our home to another small dog. I keep my boarding to a single dog or will care for two from same home. I have a complete fenced yard and will be able to crate dog if necessary. Constant care. Never leave them outside by themselves. My dogs are allowed on furniture and sleep with me. The visiting dog will be able to as well if ok with owner.

I’m currently working from home and have ability to take care of your dog. I live in townhouse at the safe community and it’s easy to walk here I have my baby - Bichon Frise who is 6 years old. She’s very friendly. My backyard is fenced, but it’s just for small dogs.

“Karen is a very loving and positive person. She was wonderful with my puppy. Finn is a seven month old Alaskan Malamute and very skittish. He was not exactly the right fit for the dogs in her home, but she worked very hard with him to make him as comfortable as possible. It was his first time being in a home with other dogs that he did not know. She was patient and kind and he was anxious, but very happy when I picked him up. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who asked me.”

I have professional pet sitting experience for a company that services Pinellas County but I moved to Sarasota. Since working for a Professional Pinellas County pet sitting company named Calling All Dogs, I developed a deep love for this type of work and am now available for full time sitting and care as a professional independent contractor. My personal/family experience with dogs and cats has been my entire life. We've had dogs and cats in my family since I was born; basically every member of my extended family even had dogs and cats. Our pack was always consisting of strays and adoptees, some of whom came with medications and emotional issues, and so I am comfortable taking care of pets with medical and psychological conditions.
