About: I’ve had pets of my own since I was 5. Mainly dogs and cats, but I’ve cared for birds, turtles, frogs, and fish too. I love all breeds and sizes. I also have worked in a professional dog training facility and learned so much about dog behaviors. My entire life is based around my pets and the care they need. Whether it is hiking with the dogs, finding new ways to give them mental stimulation, or finding ways to keep my cats entertained (especially my orange boy). I treat every situation and every pet how I would want my own treated in my absence. I bring compassion, understanding of behaviors, and lots of love. About: Hi there! I am an animal care specialist here in Duluth with a degree in Zoo & Conservation Science. Most importantly, I absolutely love ALL animals! I have over a decade of experience caring for my own pets at home including dogs, cats, and some farm animals! I also have 5 years of professional animal care experience in college and beyond. I am experienced at caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and energy levels. Handling more than one dog on walks or sittings is also easy peasy! My specialized training enables me to safely administer medicine and I have an eagle eye when it comes to monitoring health issues. Pets are an important part of the family and I do not take that lightly! I am prepared to handle any weather Duluth throws my way! With my skills reading animal emotions/behavior combined with my genuine love for animals, you can know your pet will have a FURTASTIC time with me! I work full time (Thursday-Monday) but I’m happy to stop by for quick visits on my lunch break if necessary! I have 2 consecutive days off (Tuesday & Wednesday) if your pet needs more attentive care. About: I've been taking care of pets for 6 years and have 4 pets currently. Bluto (olde english bulldogge), Ruby (rottweiler), Tibby (siamese), and Molly (longhair). I do have experience with senior cats and dogs. We can talk a long walk on nature trails, or we can go for a slow stroll around the neighborhood! I only do gig work, so my schedule can fit around whatever your needs are. If something ever changes, you can always reach out and we'll work something out. For drop ins, I'll stop in and make sure theres no potty mess and if your kitty wants to we can play with whatever toys are available. We'll play for a bit so they're happy and worn out by the time we're done.
About: While I have not been a professional dog sitter I have always been the one to offer to walk or watch my coworkers, family, and friends dogs.I absolutely love being around them, and can't wait to meet yours. In the past I have used Rover to find a sitter for my dogs when I am travelling with them. Having a safe place for them to be when I go tour around a new city is such a nice option to have. Sometimes this is a few hours other times an overnight. Hoping to be able to provide this for others. I have 3 dogs of my own, one shelter rescue and 2 foster fails. Luna, Ole, and Birdie have been great foster siblings to foster dogs I have cared for also. I have a fenced yard with enough room to play. I also have a few spare bedrooms so will have the ability to separate dogs if that is needed however I prefer to dogsit those that are dog friendly due to already having a few in the home.
About: I specialize in large dog breeds as I have 1 Pyrenees and 1 golden retriever myself. They are both very well trained and certified ESA’s. I don’t have any special skills such as pet training, just really good with dogs. I am a full time nurse and I’m off every other week. I would love to take/walk dogs on my weeks off. I am able to administer medications and general care as specified. I also offer nail/claw trims for dogs and cats for $20. Just check the bathing/grooming box. I prioritize play, so even drop ins will get plenty of entertainment! Supervised puzzle feeds, or playing with favorite toys, or whatever pops up in the moment. Pup-led play is usually the most fun! My schedule is fairly open most of the time, but I am going to be starting trade school to become a barefoot specialist for equines sometime in 2026. I need a flexible work schedule so I can trim my case study horses, and the horses I already trim for a friend. - REGARDING OVERNIGHT STAYS! My rates are for ONE 12 hr overnight visit. If you need me for consecutive nights with drop ins during the day, my rates increase to cover each drop in. Walks, nail trims, daily brushing are also an additional cost. These additional charges will be discounted, not my full rate. Let's discuss it 😃 My kitties and I enjoy a peaceful life out in the country. We're new to it, and it's not our house, so I am not currently offering boarding or doggy daycare. I am incredibly respectful of others' spaces. About: I’ve had a pet my whole life so I’ve grown up knowing how to to care of dogs. I have taken care of senior dogs and also puppies so no matter the age I can manage! I have had about 3 years of experience on this app so I know how it works and I’ve done plenty of bookings! I am currently a full-time student at the University of Minnesota-Duluth and I am a part of a sorority. My schedule is pretty flexible. I do have classes during the day and I sometimes have events I need to attend but I am able to house sit, drop in, or walk at almost any time unless my calendar says otherwise. I will give the dog/a plenty of attention and make sure they are well taken care of. I’ll get them outside at least once a day and bathe them if needed. If there’s any other additional services your dog needs I will happily provide it for them.

About: I absolutely love all animals. I’ve cared for pets for over 10 years and have always loved being around them. I’ve helped friends, family, and neighbors with walking, feeding, playtime, and basic care. I’m very active, patient, and loving, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. :) I am currently a college student, so I am home for most of the day. On weekdays, I may leave for short periods, only about an hour at a time for classes or errands. But of course I make sure all pets are checked on regularly and their routines are followed closely. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I follow all care instructions closely, keep pets in a safe and clean environment, and make sure they feel comfortable and loved. I’m attentive to behavior changes and always prioritize each pet’s safety and well-being.
About: I have had animals a majority of my life and have almost always had multiple animals in my current home, between my own animals, roommates and friends. I occasionally give a relatives diabetic cat her insulin shots, and my dog is on pain pills, so can administer those types of things if needed. I work full time, mostly in Superior, so most days I can stop home on a lunch break to let the animals out and check on things. However, I do work out on the country on Mondays and Thursdays, so don't have an option to stop home during the afternoon those days. But otherwise, having animals of my own I already plan around being able to feed them and of course give all the loves and potty breaks. I have a cat and a dog, so the house is already set up for animals! I do only have 1 chain set up outside but can easily set up more if needed, as well as space for crates if you use them, and pet gates to give or limit access to certain parts of the house.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
