About: I have the freedom to go anywhere needed with the ability to drive. I can also take care of the pets special needs such as giving medicine. I enjoy walking and playing. My little dog has a big dog attitude, so when she gets aggressive I know how to handle her, and keep a safe distance not letting anyone get hurt. I can take care of pets anytime of the week when needed, though I do have an online college class Monday through Thursday that's from 1-3:50pm. I can take it anywhere since I have a laptop and tablet to work with. I will have that schedule until June 26th. I have a fenced in backyard, and a small dog that goes through the doggy door. I am always available to open the door to let your pet out at anytime. I walk my dog around the neighborhood 3 or more times around the week at least.

Whether it's overnight stays or a quick drop in, I've got you covered! I will stick to your pets feeding and potty break schedule. If there are any special requests, just let me know. About: First, I love all animals. I foster for the local shelter and a local rescue and have 3 dogs and 4 cats of my own. I’d love to care for your fur babes so you can have peace of mind while you are away. My husband and I are empty-nesters and my work schedule can be flexible most days. I can swing by before and after work and once mid day as needed. Or before bed. I will follow all instructions the client gives for caring for their pet in their home. They know them best and what their needs are.

“Heidi was great with our cat and kept us updated on how each drop in visit went, including several pictures. We would love to have her back to play with him again the next time we are out of town.”

“Sophia was very good with the cats; I could tell by the pictures that she sent. They were friendly to her when they met her. Usually they are more aloof with new people they meet. Sophia took care of all the things we asked of her. I got a really good vibe from her and felt that my babies would be well cared for. I would recommend her, and we would hire her again.”

About: I’ve been around pets my whole life, either in my own household or my friends! I’ve always enjoyed having a relationship with pets and have a deep love for all animals. Communication with owners and attention to any specific details regarding the pets is something that I feel is my specialty! I also am very flexible and willing to accommodate my plans for the sake of the owner. I currently am a college student at Ball State University and in my senior year. My class load this year is relatively light and looking for some part time work. Besides class and studying I am flexible almost every day. I currently don’t have any pets in my home but one thing I always try to make sure to achieve when meeting new pets in a new environment is to be friendly and don’t be shy or scared when meeting the pets for the first time! Treat them like you’ve been friends for years even though you just met them!

About: I have been taking care of dogs ever since I was 13. I did it for family, friend. I stayed in their home to feed, play, bathe and take their dogs on walks and let them out I woke 6 hours a day but other that that I have the time to go stay with them for few hours at a time and be able to check up on them through the day I can easily crate dogs and know how to handle when they are stressed or need something. I also know how to handle dog fights if needed and calming them down when they are barking a lot

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. I have a Great Pyrenees mix and Golden Retriever at home. In high school I helped train the golden retriever. This past year I have also been dog sitting an enthusiastic and energetic Australian Shepard. At my college house, I have also been helping train a one year old Golden Retriever puppy. I really enjoy running in my free time so I would be happy to run or walk your dog! I recently just graduated from Ball State University and am going to start medical school in the fall. I currently have no other commitments outside of pet sitting and wanted to expand on what I already currently do! I currently have no other jobs so I would be able to keep a close eye on your pet! I also love to be outside so I would be able to go on walks or runs with your pet.

About: I have always been around dogs and other animals. My Mom used to run a dog rescue and I always was helping with adoptions and fosters. I now help with Dog Rescue Transportation and working on becoming a Farrier! I go to school Monday through Thursday and I'm available in the afternoons for drop ins and walking. Friday through Sunday I am completely open. I am only offering client home services. I always make sure gates are locked and I'm following the directions of the owners. I do like to meet my clients first for house sitting so owners and animals feel comfortable.

About: Growing up with pets I always had an appreciation for animals and a genuine love. When I started college, I knew I did not want to have a pet of my own until I could provide the emotional, financial, and physical care for the pet. I started dog sitting during my undergrad when one of my professors needed helping caring for her coonhound. From there, I fell in love with dog sitting and was really able to expand my network with working with smaller dogs, cats, and larger dogs. I believe that the animal needs to be put first, so I will always ensure that I will come stay in house, administer medicine, and exercise pets to their needs. I always communicate with clients and will send as many photos as you wish. Believe it or not, I once sent my first dog sitter over 200 photos of her dog while she was gone for a week and yes, I still have those photos on my phone. The pet and owner will always come first I work a full time job but my job does not demand working past 5 so I can always ensure I will be there after work hours. My job is flexible and I live close to home. I am free most weekends and week nights and always prefer staying in house at the clients. I believe it more comfortable for both parties. I always follow what the client requests. I live in an apartment complex but it is spacious and located in downtown so I have access to trials and parks to walk pets. I feel comfortable putting pets in my car and always driving with caution.

“Sarah watched my four cats for a week while I was on vacation. She came everyday to check on them, feed them and change their litter box. She was very efficient and even sent me pictures everyday. She was also great with commutating back and fourth. She was very kind and respectful. I would highly recommend her.”

“Amazing service. Taylor loves animals and was so precious with our dog. He was happy and fed when we got home after we spent a long day at the ballpark. So lovely knowing he was looked after well!”

I love working with dogs in any way, shape or form. I have lots of flexibility for dates/times. My dogs both have kennels & are well trained with them. I would prefer your baby has one as well (I also have extras to use). They will be let out for potty/play breaks a minimum of every 2 hours in the yard with privacy fences. They will also have fresh water available at all times & snacks as needed.

Jessie P.
“Jessie is excellent with pets. I've entrusted her to care for my dog and visit my house to feed and care for my cats as well when I'm not able to. She always puts their needs and wants first and takes the necessary steps to ensure they get enough cuddle time and social interaction and goes above and beyond to put them first every time.”

Allie S.
“Allie has watched several of my family’s pets, and does an amazing job loving and caring for them. Samson is a senior shihTzu and he needs a lot of extra care and attention. Allie has been the only pet sitter that I trust him with. He needs special food and medicines and Allie learned his routine quick. Other sitters I’ve had forgot to give him important pain medication. I never worry when he’s in Allie’s care because I know he is safe, loved, and spoiled. I highly recommend Allie to take care of your animals. She is also fantastic with cats. She’s so gentle and sweet with my Blair. Allie definitely has a special connection with cats.”

Muncie dog parents share their Rover experiences
Alissa was very patient with my sensitive dog, Charlie . She even came by a few extra times to make sure he became more comfortable and went potty. She also spent a lot of time with Vader, my cat and the house was in perfect shape with no mess. Alissa provided a lot of updates during the visit that gave me great comfort. It was nice to be able to come home after a busy weekend to happy dog and cats and the home on great shape. Highly recommend!
