About: I love all kinds of pets from the furry ones to the scaly ones. I’ve worked with animals for at least 20 years. During high school, I volunteered at veterinary Clinics and took veterinarian classes. I have a lot of hands-on experience caring for puppies. There was a time when we had a surprise puppy litter, and I was responsible for our nine puppies and our three dogs. I may not have any special skills such as being a certified dog trainer, but I have extensive experience of caring for animals. I know the stress you feel when you have to leave your furry friends behind when you go to work or take a vacation, and I'm here to help. I love all animals, and I’m available to assist you. I'm available on weekends and weekdays in early mornings and evenings, also can swing by on my lunch breaks for the babies to stretch their legs as well. I have 3 cats, 2 dogs, and a betta fish, so I know how to balance different needs and personalities; all while married and caring for two young kiddos. My background in social work means I’m patient, trustworthy, and great at creating a safe, comforting environment. Your pets will be loved and treated just like my own! Whether your pets love playtime, cozy snuggles, or just hanging out, they’ll be safe, happy, and having a blast with me. I can’t wait to meet your furry family! I work a full time job with the option to telework three days a week which means I can usually spend quality time with your pets during the day in my lunch break. I am also available most evenings and weekends! I offer services in your home so your pet will be comfortable in their own environment. I will treat them like my own and ensure that they are safe, loved, and have full bellies (plus water)! I ensure lots of cuddles, playtime, attention, and updates and pictures while you’re away.

About: I have been an animal owner and lover my entire life. In addition to caring for my own pups and cats, I have been pet sitting for the past 14 years (and have many happy references!). My love extends to horses and chickens, as well. I am currently home full time raising a 2, 5, and 7 year old, in addition to my black lab, (with the faithful assistance of my husband). So, I am available and home the majority of the day and able to tend to many needs. We go on walks everyday on our 11 acre property, which consists of Woodlands with a hiking trail and also a couple pastures. Prior to staying home I was a high school English teacher, softball coach, equestrian team leader, volunteer coordinator, and an advocate for the homeless in Frederick County. I am home full-time, so I am able to meet the needs of the animals I sit. I am also able to administer medication and care for any special needs. I do not crate pups unless the owners wish for me to do so. They are welcome on my couches, too! As for exercise, we have plenty of land for that! We have many animals here, including sheep, pigs, chickens, a cat, a dog, and honeybees so much of my time is spent with them and tending to their needs. I am very active so as long as your pup can keep up I'm happy to jog them or walk them to run their energy out.
