About: Animals were my first passion since I was very young and their welfare continues to be something I care deeply about. I studied veterinary medicine in college and have experience working in an animal hospital. Therefore I have been trained to administer any medications or special dietary requirements as your pet may need as them. I have been pet sitting for over 4 years now as well and love meeting new animals! I am a full time student so my schedule is not super flexible, but I am available all day Saturday - Monday, Fridays after 11 AM, and Tuesdays and Thursdays after 5 PM. I understand that pets thrive in their schedules and will do anything I can to fit into their routine as it is. It’s very important to me that you and your pet are as comfortable and relaxed as can be in your time apart, so I am very open to any requests regarding regular safety or care routines. I will take care of and attend to your pet as if they were my own and make sure they feel loved.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of different dogs, senior dogs who need extra care, puppies who need basic training and hours of playing, and calm dogs who wanna watch the evening news with you, I will treat your dog like they’re my own and I’m confident in my ability to treat your pet in the special ways they need. I’m currently working two days a week, which means I am very flexible with pet care, and would love to do what I can to help my community! I have a 6 month old puppy who’s never met a stranger, he loves to play and we’ll make sure they get their energy out. Your pet will be allowed on furniture and treated as my own.

About: My family has had German Shepherds ever since I was a baby. I have had experience pet sitting for several different families. I have watched dogs of all kinds: big and small, old and young, quiet and loud, crazy and calm! I am currently a student at WVU, and I work remotely. I only have two classes two days a week, so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pet to give them the love and attention they deserve! I will spend as much time at your home as you would like me to, ensuring I give your pets regular bathroom breaks, exercise, playtime, and love and attention.

About: I have always loved interacting with animals, they are a joy to be around. Pet sitting has always been a fun opportunity for me to earn income since middle school, and now that I am embarking on my law school journey, I hope to continue that trend. While your animal will not be confined to a crate in our home, we do prefer that they are house and crate trained.

About: I have been house/pet sitting since I was 10 years old. Pet care, household chores, getting mail, lawn care… whatever you may need while away or at work! I am a grad student at WVU, so I make my own schedule. I am free all weekends and evenings, and can always check in/walk during lunch breaks! I must come to you, for I live in a small apartment. About: I’ve looked after animals since I was two years old. Growing up on a small farm in Ohio, I learned to care for an array of species. From goats and guinea pigs to dogs and cats, they all hold a special place in my heart. I have experience taking care of all ages, young and old, as well as animals with special needs. About: I have been caring for pets for the past three years, earning the trust of friends, family, and clients who rely on me to keep their pets safe. During this time, I have been working with Wag!, and since I recently moved, I am starting to work here as well. I have completed over 400 walks through Wag!, along with several sittings and boardings, leading to many repeat clients and happy pups. I am comfortable working with pets of all sizes and temperaments. In addition to my client-based pet care, I also work at Animal Friends Shelter, where I learn new things about quality care, medical needs, and behavioral needs every day. When I'm not working, I enjoy hiking with my dog and continuing my education. I am a member of Pet Sitters International, from whom I have received my insurance. They offer monthly courses focused on quality in-home pet care. I am saving up for their professional pet sitter certification and hope to complete all their coursework soon. Additionally, I am a supporting member of the IAABC Foundation, which is led by animal behaviorists and trainers. I am following some of their continuing education courses, combined with my hours working at the animal shelter, to earn their credentials in shelter behavior. I currently work part time with a flexible schedule and can change my availability as needed. I have a two person home with my husband who can also help out (for boarding in my personal home) if I had to leave for an emergency I live in a large house with an unfenced backyard and multiple safe areas set up for pet care. About: I have had pets (cats and dogs) since I was 10 years old. I have also been able to dog and cat sit for my friends and family who go out of town I just finished school and am currently unemployed. I have lots of time to walk and play with pets and give them the care needed. As a drop in visitor I would come alone without other animals. I will complete all tasks asked of me and will provide safety to your pets.

About: I've helped care for animals since my childhood. Recently, I cared for my senior dog, Ziggy, until his passing. Currently, I volunteer with Mountaineers 4 Mutts by cleaning cat kennels, socializing cats, and transporting animals. I currently work part-time and I enjoy caring for animals of my friends and family. I help out when I can and make sure their pets receive the best care. With my past pet Ziggy, I would always make sure he had water and food. I'd make sure he was comfortable and feeling alright. I made sure to take him out immediately when he let me know he had to go. Some days we went for walks and car rides, while other days we'd cuddle on the couch.
