About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life and have owned cats for nearly 8 years. Friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me to check in, feed, walk, and spend quality time with their pets. I pay close attention to each animal’s personality and energy. Some pets want play and need lots of attention, while others need space and patience. Rest assured, I’m comfortable adjusting to both! I also have hands-on experience giving medication to both cats and dogs, including daily care for my diabetic cat and my dog with her regular medication dosages. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality and, of course, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I’m happy to help with walks, playtime, or just keeping them company! I have a very flexible schedule right now, which allows me to be available for drop-in visits, walks, and extended care throughout the week and weekends. I am currently taking classes, so my routine is consistent but adaptable. I’m able to plan my day around your pet’s needs and stick to their usual schedule. Whether that means regular walks, feeding times, or check-ins, I make sure your pet gets reliable and consistent care. I focus on providing drop-in visits to keep your pet comfortable, and I am very dependable with schedules to make sure your pet stays on their normal routine.
About: I've helped care for animals since my childhood. Recently, I cared for my senior dog, Ziggy, until his passing. Currently, I volunteer with Mountaineers 4 Mutts by cleaning cat kennels, socializing cats, and transporting animals. I currently work part-time and I enjoy caring for animals of my friends and family. I help out when I can and make sure their pets receive the best care. With my past pet Ziggy, I would always make sure he had water and food. I'd make sure he was comfortable and feeling alright. I made sure to take him out immediately when he let me know he had to go. Some days we went for walks and car rides, while other days we'd cuddle on the couch.
About: I have experience caring for dogs, cats, reptiles, amphibians, birds, and fish. I have a degree in Wildlife Resources from WVU. I have had many animals over the years and will love your pets just the same. :) I’m currently working part-time so I will be available to fit your animals into my schedule on most days. I look forward to working with you and meeting your pets! I have three cats and one dog who are all friendly with other animals, but if your fur baby is not, I’d be happy to watch them in your home instead.
“Harley exceeded our expectations for our dog while we were away on vacation! Encouraging him to eat, playing with him during her visits, and sending lots of pictures and detailed updates! HIGHLY Recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

About: I have experience taking care of kittens/puppies and senior cats (21 years old). Have an exotic pet? No problem! Raccoon, rabbit, bird, chinchilla, etc. I’m willing to take care of them. I am available after 4 pm every day and love to do drop-in visits! I can do home sitting on all weekends since Friday night. If you want to board your cats at my place, I can have a separate room just for them. No kids, no dogs, no smoking, big home with fenced backyard. I have 3 super-friendly cats myself, and they get along well with other cats. If your furbabies are shy, I can set up a separate room for them. If they love making friends, my cats will keep them busy.
About: I am an educator and an animal lover. I love annd care for all pups as my own! I have had dogs for as long as I can remember and often dog-sat for my neighbors growing up. I do not care for pets in my home but I’m happy to help out with taking your dog on walks or stopping by to let them outside and play with them!
About: I've had experience with puppies to powdered sugar muzzles and from <10lbs to 100+! High energy or a friend who loves a nap, I'll do by best to help your dog have a good time even when you aren't there for the fun. I'm currently a graduate student on summer break with a pretty open schedule. I may pick up a more traditional hourly job on the side, but I'm excited for the opportunity to stay busy over the summer and meet some amazing people and pets while I do it. As I have pets of my own who are a bit easily stressed, I do not offer services where your pet will be in my home. However, I have no issues coming to you! In your home, I will be calm and respectful and don't mind cleaning up any messes your pet may have made.

About: I have taken care of dogs/cats as long as I can remember. It first started with some family friends dogs and now I dogsit probably close to once a week. I can walk dogs as well as do drop in visits, and pet sitting. I love animals and pets and it is so fun for me to take care of animals. I understand how important it is to stay on top of giving medications. I had a cat with chronic kidney disease where I had to give subcutaneous fluids so I know how to do that if needed. I am a nursing student at WVU and I am also an athlete at WVU. This is really the only job that allows me to make money and is flexible with my schedule. I am currently a Nursing student and student athlete at WVU. Pet sitting is a great way for me to make money since I have such a busy schedule. I only have classes twice a week and the rest of the week I am training or just hanging out with friends. I have many gaps in my schedule that aren't open enough for a full-time job but give me enough time to hangout and play with your furry friend. I currently live in a house that has a wide living space. I also live walking distance to the rail trail which is a great place to take your dog outside to walk. I also live right next to a dog park if your dog gets along with other animals I would be happy to take them to the park. I enjoy letting your dog get outside and have lots of play time.
About: Animals have been a constant in my life and career for over a decade. I spent 5 years working in veterinary medicine, starting as a kennel attendant in a boarding facility and working my way up to a veterinary receptionist while continuing hands-on care with boarded pets. That experience gave me a strong foundation in animal health, behavior, and daily care routines. While still in vet med, and continuing after, I ran my own pet sitting and dog walking business for nearly 6 years. I cared for pets in their homes, built long-term relationships with clients, and managed everything from daily walks to extended stays. I stepped away due to a demanding work schedule, but caring for animals has always been where my heart is. I’m experienced with special needs pets, administering medications (oral, topical, and injectable), managing behavioral challenges, and following detailed care instructions. I’m comfortable with senior pets, high-energy breeds, shy or anxious animals, and multi-pet households. Currently, I work as a 911 dispatcher for the county, which has strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and handle unexpected situations responsibly. Reliability, attention to detail, and safety are second nature to me. I’m excited to reconnect with what I’m most passionate about; providing dependable, knowledgeable, and compassionate care for your pets as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work 3–4 night shifts a week, which gives me several full days off dedicated entirely to pet care. On my workdays, I’m intentional about scheduling visits around my shifts so pets still receive consistent, reliable attention. Because I work nights, my daytime schedule is flexible. I take short rest breaks throughout the day, very much like your pets do lol, which allows me to stay energized while still being present and attentive during visits. I’m used to structuring my time carefully, and I prioritize reliability and routine so your pets feel secure and cared for. Whether it’s early morning drop-ins, mid-day visits, evening walks, or overnight care on my off days, I build my schedule around providing consistent, dependable care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions, and household preferences exactly as outlined. My goal is to maintain consistency so your pet feels secure while you’re away. I provide plenty of enrichment, affection, and supervision tailored to each animal’s personality, whether that’s high-energy playtime, structured walks, or calm companionship for more anxious or senior pets. I’m experienced with administering medications, monitoring for health or behavioral changes, and handling special needs with confidence and care. I also treat your home with respect. I keep things clean, secure, and organized, provide regular updates with photos, and communicate clearly so you always know how your pet is doing. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are my top priorities.
