“My fur baby, Boss, has never stayed with anyone outside the family. His anxiety was so extreme, it was so sad to see. Monsserath was very patient and did all she could to relieve Boss’ anxiety. I was so happy with the care and patience she gave during this very stressful time. Due to my anxiety and sadness that Boss was not handling his separation from us, I had to cut the stay short. The plan is to schedule short visits with Monsserath so that Boss will be able to feel comfortable. I am extremely happy and grateful for her and I am confident that Boss will feel happy in due time. Nikki was great. She sent us frequent updates of our dog and even some pictures over the weekend. This was the first time we left our dog with someone that she was not familiar with, and it could not have gone any better! Nikki was flexible with drop off and pick up and answered all of our questions. I would love to use her again if we need!

Cyen was wonderful! She set up a meet and greet before boarding our German Shepherd, Ruby. She asked good questions to be prepared for Ruby’s stay. While we were away, she sent daily photos/videos to update us on how Ruby was doing. Even when our return travel plans changed unexpectedly, Cyen was so gracious, flexible, and accommodating. Ruby had so much fun and was well-taken care of!! We highly recommend Cyen for your dog boarding provider! 💜
My dog was super excited as we drove up to María Carolina's place, like she recognized it! I know Daisy loves being there and especially getting to play and interact with their young daughter, because of the photos and stories they share. Daisy had people with her almost nonstop and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with big trees, green grass, and lots of space to walk and play.
Lizzy was amazing! We were a bit worried as this was the first time we had been away from our puppy overnight, but she adjusted well and thoroughly enjoyed Lizzy's home. Lizzy sent great updates and was very responsive. I credit Lizzy (and Clover) with helping our puppy come a little more out of her shell with other people and animals!
