Communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was so flexible when our flights changed, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. She even sent pictures without us asking which we absolutely loved and really appreciated. Her kids and mother were incredibly kind and Riley also got along so well with their dog, Annalise. Riley isn’t around other dogs very often, so I was a little nervous, but they did great together and it made me so happy to hear how well she adjusted. Honestly, the whole experience felt so comfortable… like I’ve known them for a long time. That says a lot when you’re trusting someone with your dog. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation. I think Riley may have even found herself a new best friend 🐾”

We received photos of our babies and we also had a very detailed conversation about how our babies were while in their care which made us feel more comfortable as we do have pit bulls and they have a bad stigma on them but the understanding that Yolanda and her husband have with this breed was very important and reassuring to know that we are able to trust them with our dogs.”
