Communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was so flexible when our flights changed, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. She even sent pictures without us asking which we absolutely loved and really appreciated. Her kids and mother were incredibly kind and Riley also got along so well with their dog, Annalise. Riley isn’t around other dogs very often, so I was a little nervous, but they did great together and it made me so happy to hear how well she adjusted. Honestly, the whole experience felt so comfortable… like I’ve known them for a long time. That says a lot when you’re trusting someone with your dog. We could not have asked for a better experience with Maggie. From the very beginning, it was clear how much she genuinely loves and cares for animals. Before our stay, she reached out to learn all about our dog, Daisy, asking thoughtful questions to make sure Daisy would feel comfortable, safe, and at home. Throughout Daisy's stay, Maggie was incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. She kept us updated with messages and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. It was obvious that Daisy was being treated with kindness, affection, and individualized attention. What truly set Maggie apart was the warmth and genuine love she showed—not just to Daisy, but to us as well. When we picked Daisy up, Maggie gave us the sweetest card expressing how appreciative and honored she was to care for our pup. That thoughtful gesture meant so much and perfectly reflects the kind of person she is. Maggie was also very flexible with drop-off and pickup times, making the entire experience stress-free. Daisy absolutely adored her, and we knew she was in wonderful hands. Without a doubt, Maggie is the best dog sitter we've ever had. We will definitely be using her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, compassionate, and truly dedicated to the pets in her care. Janice was amazing with our puppy. It was our 1st time leaving him and Janice made us feel totally at ease and sent several pictures and videos throughout the day. Our guy was totally happy and comfortable when we picked him up. He loved his day with Janice and I'm sure he can't wait to see her again. We highly recommended Janice but selfishly want her all to ourselves. 😄
Sarah and her family provided constant updates of my dog throughout the week. Her daughters seemed really engaged and loving on my dog, making me feel confident she was receiving all the love and affection she gets at home. When I picked her up, my dog seemed so relaxed, almost as if she hadn’t been gone all that time, helping me feel confident she was safe and loved on. Usually after boarding in a facility, my dog is highly anxious, extra agitated and disheveled. None of that here with Sarah. Her and her family were truly the best sitters. I never worried once while away.
I was a little bit nervous with this being the first time I used Rover for boarding. However, thanks to Chelsea all those nerves have been put to rest. Chelsea listened to everything I said about boarding my dog and wrote it all down. She was constantly in communication with me and provided me with picture updates as well. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about the care that Tucker received from Jennifer! Tucker was well taken care of with lots of walks and play time. Tucker and Jennifer's dog Gracie become buddies. Jennifer sent frequent texts and pictures with updates which I loved. I can honestly say that I didn't worry about Tucker at all while I was gone. It is so nice to be able to leave Tucker and know that he was loved and well taken care of.
