“Riley had such a great experience, and I truly can’t say enough good things. Communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was so flexible when our flights changed, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. She even sent pictures without us asking which we absolutely loved and really appreciated. Her kids and mother were incredibly kind and Riley also got along so well with their dog, Annalise. Riley isn’t around other dogs very often, so I was a little nervous, but they did great together and it made me so happy to hear how well she adjusted. Honestly, the whole experience felt so comfortable… like I’ve known them for a long time. That says a lot when you’re trusting someone with your dog. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation. I think Riley may have even found herself a new best friend 🐾”

“Scott & Ashley were wonderful. They took in our dog Kiko and my daughter's dog Ellie, while we were all on vacation in the UK for 10 days. They sent daily updates with photos and they have a great yard for dogs with a fenced in backyard. Scott & Ashley took both dogs for walks twice a day and the although we brought crates for both dogs, they ended up sleeping with both of their boys, which was fine with us and I'm sure Kiko and Ellie loved it! Sarah and her family provided constant updates of my dog throughout the week. Her daughters seemed really engaged and loving on my dog, making me feel confident she was receiving all the love and affection she gets at home. When I picked her up, my dog seemed so relaxed, almost as if she hadn’t been gone all that time, helping me feel confident she was safe and loved on. Usually after boarding in a facility, my dog is highly anxious, extra agitated and disheveled. None of that here with Sarah. Her and her family were truly the best sitters. I never worried once while away.
I was a little bit nervous with this being the first time I used Rover for boarding. However, thanks to Chelsea all those nerves have been put to rest. Chelsea listened to everything I said about boarding my dog and wrote it all down. She was constantly in communication with me and provided me with picture updates as well. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about the care that Tucker received from Jennifer! Tucker was well taken care of with lots of walks and play time. Tucker and Jennifer's dog Gracie become buddies. Jennifer sent frequent texts and pictures with updates which I loved. I can honestly say that I didn't worry about Tucker at all while I was gone. It is so nice to be able to leave Tucker and know that he was loved and well taken care of.
