Communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was so flexible when our flights changed, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. She even sent pictures without us asking which we absolutely loved and really appreciated. Her kids and mother were incredibly kind and Riley also got along so well with their dog, Annalise. Riley isn’t around other dogs very often, so I was a little nervous, but they did great together and it made me so happy to hear how well she adjusted. Honestly, the whole experience felt so comfortable… like I’ve known them for a long time. That says a lot when you’re trusting someone with your dog. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation. I think Riley may have even found herself a new best friend 🐾”
“Elizabeth provided 4 days of boarding for our dog. We were able to book her with short notice. Although my dog was nervous around children, she was able to help my dog get used to them. She is responsive and very accommodating. Our return flight was late and she was able to adjust our pickup time without any issues. Would highly recommend for boarding your dog.”

“Yolanda and her family did a wonderful job with Gizmo. It was our first time leaving him for a week and with someone through Rover. Yolanda's patience, kindness, and experience brought me relief knowing that my dog was in great hands. She did everything possible to calm my anxiety-ridden fur baby and made him comfortable; kept me updated and was responsive; sent me photos; and was very easy/flexible to work with. By the end of the week, Gizmo was playing with other dogs and taking long walks twice a day, which he never does! He's been home for almost 24 hours and I can tell he misses Yolanda, but mostly, he's been sleeping like a baby. LOL. I couldn't thank Yolanda and her family enough. I finally found someone who was willing to take in my dog and refused to give up on him even when times were hard. I highly recommend her services! Usually after boarding in a facility, my dog is highly anxious, extra agitated and disheveled. None of that here with Sarah. Her and her family were truly the best sitters. Maggie was a wonderful and attentive sitter for our dog, Bolo! She has cared for Bolo twice and he was excited to see her on the 2nd round. She clearly cares about the pets she sits for, and she asked about everything I could have thought related to Bolo's care. Maggie sent updates while we were gone, and we quickly built trust with her. She was easy to work with and flexible with pick-up and drop off time changes too! I will be asking her to pet sit for us again soon!

I was a little bit nervous with this being the first time I used Rover for boarding. However, thanks to Chelsea all those nerves have been put to rest. Chelsea listened to everything I said about boarding my dog and wrote it all down. She was constantly in communication with me and provided me with picture updates as well. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about the care that Tucker received from Jennifer! Tucker was well taken care of with lots of walks and play time. Tucker and Jennifer's dog Gracie become buddies. Jennifer sent frequent texts and pictures with updates which I loved. I can honestly say that I didn't worry about Tucker at all while I was gone. It is so nice to be able to leave Tucker and know that he was loved and well taken care of.
