“Dawn and her family provided a comforting setting for our dog Astro. He was the only client they had for the stay which to us is just what he likes. He’s not much a social one, but tolerates well with other dogs if he has to! They paid Astro lots of attention when he needed it. Kept us up to date on anything that was important to tell us and sent pictures to show us he’s doing well! “My fur baby, Boss, has never stayed with anyone outside the family. His anxiety was so extreme, it was so sad to see. Monsserath was very patient and did all she could to relieve Boss’ anxiety. I was so happy with the care and patience she gave during this very stressful time. Due to my anxiety and sadness that Boss was not handling his separation from us, I had to cut the stay short. The plan is to schedule short visits with Monsserath so that Boss will be able to feel comfortable. I am extremely happy and grateful for her and I am confident that Boss will feel happy in due time. Monsserath did a great job caring for our dogs while we were gone for 2 weeks. She sent us plenty of updates on how things were going and sent pictures which we really appreciated. The dogs seemed to enjoy their stay and seemed like they wanted to stay with Monsserarh instead of going home! We will definitely use her again in the future!
This was my second time booking with Elizabeth and her family, and it was another great experience! She was super flexible with pickup and drop off times, had great communication throughout the stay, and provided plenty of pictures! Hank had a great time with her dog and their active family.
Cyen was wonderful! She set up a meet and greet before boarding our German Shepherd, Ruby. She asked good questions to be prepared for Ruby’s stay. While we were away, she sent daily photos/videos to update us on how Ruby was doing. Even when our return travel plans changed unexpectedly, Cyen was so gracious, flexible, and accommodating. Ruby had so much fun and was well-taken care of!! We highly recommend Cyen for your dog boarding provider! 💜
I couldn’t imagine a better pet sitter! We had such a great experience with Bridget. Our puppy is high energy and untrained. Bridget was understanding and patient. She went above and beyond to make sure he’d be comfortable at her house. And I got lots of updates throughout the week. 100% would request Bridget again! Thank you so much!
Lizzy was amazing! We were a bit worried as this was the first time we had been away from our puppy overnight, but she adjusted well and thoroughly enjoyed Lizzy's home. Lizzy sent great updates and was very responsive. I credit Lizzy (and Clover) with helping our puppy come a little more out of her shell with other people and animals!
Cassie was really kind and took great care of our pup! She gave us daily updates and a photo of how he was doing, and it was clear that he had been well tended to when we came home. Definitely reassuring to us knowing he was in good hands, especially while out of town. Only hiccup we encountered were some communication issues at the beginning. One reason we booked Cassie was based on her listed location being so close to our home, which was perfect for the travel plans we were making and coordinating with other travelers. But when she sent us her address a few days ahead of dropoff, she was actually located 45 minutes away from our home and not at the location she had listed on her profile, and it caused some stress, because when we found out her address it was too late to find another sitter and we simply had to rearrange our whole itinerary for the day of travel and dog drop-off. On my way to drop our pup off she sent a message saying she thought drop off was in the evening, not morning, and she said she was at work, which caused further stress. Fortunately her boyfriend was home and able to take our dog at the planned time (which we had indeed booked for the morning—she probably mixed up a.m. versus p.m.—those details matter!) Overall we would recommend Cassie for the good care our dog received, her updates provided throughout his stay, her reasonable prices, and generally a really positive experience. He clearly had a good time with her care and it was reassuring knowing he was well tended to while we were gone. We would just recommend double checking details on dropoff times and locations well in advance in order to avoid last minute stress and logistical frustrations!
