“I took my first vacation since my senior cat Pete was diagnosed with diabetes and prescribed insulin injections twice a day. I really struggled with leaving her alone for a week. After researching many boarding and sitter services, I chose Rover and found many qualified sitters that were able to give insulin injections. I selected Kristin R based on her qualifications and reviews. Kristin suggested she come for a meet n greet for my cats evening dose of insulin and administer the shot in front of me. I was impressed with her professionalism. I booked her for 12 visits. For five days she came twice and followed Pete’s feeding and medication schedule exactly as I instructed. The timing of her meals with her shot are extremely important. Pete was well cared for and Kristin kept me well Informed. I loved the check-in and checkout feature from Rover that notifies you when they start and end their visit and sends as a report card after each visit. I was also able to communicate with Kristin while she was at my house. She sent many pictures and updates of Pete. I was extremely anxious the first couple of days and she answered my questions and was very kind and patient with my double checking that she did everything. Kristin is very reliable and lessened my anxiety. I would definitely ask Kristin R. to care for Pete again. Mary O”

I believe dogs have a sixth sense and can tell when someone is truly an animal person and our dogs absolutely fell in love with Joan.
