I have experience with dogs of all sizes, including large and strong breeds such as Akitas, German Shepherds, and other high-energy breeds. I also volunteer with Guiding Eyes for the Blind, helping with their puppy training program. As part of the program, I have the opportunity to welcome a future guide dog puppy into my home for several days at a time and help with their training, socialization, routines, and everyday experiences. This has given me additional experience with consistency, positive reinforcement, following specific care instructions, and helping dogs build confidence in new environments. My goal is for every dog in my care to feel like they’re right at home! I work full-time, but my schedule gives me plenty of flexibility for pet care. I’m available for morning walks before work, evenings after 7 PM, and anytime on weekends. I’m also available for overnight care and boarding.
