About: I’ve been around pets my whole life. I’m extremely patient with them and strive to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I work at a veterinary clinic as an assistant where I am surrounded by plenty of pets, thus have lots of experience with handling them. I’ve had pets since I was young including a pet bird, a fish, dog and cat, and plenty more. I grew up alongside my childhood dog and currently have a cat. Since I’ve owned both, I’ve been their primary care taker and hold full responsibility for them. I’m an animal lover at heart. I love meeting new doggies and kitties and show unconditional affection to every one. Their diverse personalities make the experience so much fun! I am currently working part-time, but still have a few days of free time to provide for lots of furry friends. I am no longer enrolled in college courses nor will I be throughout spring and summer time. I’m generally very patient with all pets so it ensures good care. I’m not able to keep any at home at the moment. I’ll be more than willing to watch pets in your home and in turn make it much easier and stress-free on the pet.
About: 5 months of volunteer experience in a private shelter in Romania, taking care of 80+ dogs at any given time. Recently adopted one of the dogs from the shelter. Dogs and cats have always been present in my family. On M/W/F, at 8AM-2:30PM, I attend massage school in Portland. On the days I go to school, I do have periods of time, early morning and early evening, to check on your fur babies. Aside from that, my free days, Tue/Thur/Sat/Sun, are fully open for whatever frequency is needed to check on your animals. I have a fenced yard with two dogs that are social. Occasionally there is a cat present. I’m fully comfortable taking your dogs on walks, playing with them, or just sitting and keeping them company.
“Libby helped me out while I was traveling to hood river for work. She was reliable, flexible, and took my dog on some great walks. I would definitely recommend her!”

About: I have walked and watched dogs from 8wk old puppies to large Great Pyrenees! I have been dog sitting and dog walking since 2015. I can always walk and feed twice a day- at whatever length and timeframe works best. I have been trusted to house sit and dog watch for months at a time. I have been told I have great communication and reliability. I will always ask as many questions as I have up front and will be as communicative as desired throughout the care.
About: Hi! I’m Rachelle, thank you for checking out my profile. I’ve been dog sitting, walking, and boarding for a few years now. I enjoy meeting new breeds and making sure their needs are taken care of while their parents (you) are away. As dog mom of 5 loving and rambunctious breeds I can personally say your pup will feel right at home ❤️ I have five dogs of my own therefore I make sure that their needs are taken care of before mine are. With as much play time as I can give. First thing first I let the dogs out to play and go use the potty. Then I give them food if it’s time to eat. And of course we go out to play after.
About: For as long as I can remember there have been dogs in my life. My family had always had dogs and I have learned to take care of them from a young age. I have also been dog sitting for many years and have taken on many different duties that include walking, feeding, bathing, and even providing medicine and care for doggos with special needs. I am currently a student at Fordham University in New York City. I have classes 2 days a weeks and for 2 hours at a time. I am available for any services as long as I can provide them within my schedule. I am an easy going house guest and will always clean up after myself. I can easily do anything that’s needed for your pets and your home to make it as comfortable as possible for you and your pets.
“My elderly dog Hayley had a happy outing with Shelley while I had lunch with a friend in White Salmon (visiting from Portland). Hayley has become very anxious in her old age and doesn't like to be left alone, but she was relaxed and had a great rapport with Shelley. Excellent communication. I definitely recommend her and will use her again next time I'm in the area.”

About: I routinely pet sit for family and friends! I genuinely enjoy it. The hardest part is always having to say goodbye. This is one of the reasons I'm always asked to come back. I grew up on a farm caring for all the same animals Old MacDonald had. One of the advantages of gig work is the ability to set your own hours. Determine the times during the day when you're available for pet-sitting tasks, such as dog walks, feeding, and playtime. I prioritize the well-being of your beloved pets, offering them not just routine care but genuine attention, ensuring they feel loved and secure. Trust is the foundation of our relationship—I aim to build it through clear communication, reliability, and transparency in every interaction. Additionally, I am committed to taking care of the environment in which your pets thrive, ensuring a safe and clean space. Your pets are not just my clients; they are family, and their happiness and comfort are my top priorities.

About: We have a mini Aussie that is 2 years old now, and a 3 year old cat. We are the go-to source for all of the neighbors and always watch the neighbors pets when they need a pet sitter. You can rest assured your pets will feel free not caged up like they are in many boarding places, they will feel comfortable, and happy to be in our home. I work as an independent contractor so my schedule is very flexible. Usually, I just work from home when I do have work assignments which is why I have the flexibility and freedom to dedicate doing this and to spend time being with your pet! Of course my kids will all be happy to help out as well. Your pets will get plenty of love and attention while with us. My youngest is my son he is 10 years old, my middle daughter is 12 years old, and then my oldest is my daughter she is 16 years old, and is planning to become a vet doctor once she graduates, she is really good with animals and they naturally always seem to really like her! We are flexible and can assist you with your pet needs, look no further, we are here and will happily help out Monday-Sunday. Feel free to reach out and ask if I am unable to help, I will let you know and get back to you fairly quick. Right across from our home we have a big fenced field which is where the sandy middle school is located, it is completely gated all around and we often take our Aussie to play catch and frisbee there, many other neighbors around the neighborhood also go there too. In addition, about 5 blocks away from our home (walking distance) we have a great dog park which we often switch between there and the field across from us. What I can reassure pet parents, if your planning to bring your pet by, they will not only be taken care of properly, but will have tons of playtime with lots of love. On minimum we take our Aussie for walks about twice a day, sometimes more depending if my oldest daughter will likely take him walking again after I have already taken him out. Your dog will join us on all our daily routines (unless specified otherwise). Your pet will also have another furry friend to play while in our home so your pet won’t ever feel bored and lonely.
