“We never had to leave our dog with a stranger and were a bit apprehensive trusting someone we met on a website to care for our German Shepherd "family member". It's only natural to think that no one will care for our pet like we do. After making a preliminary visit to Charlie's place, it was obvious that he has a lot of experience and insight with dog needs and behavior. Our dog is a high energy, high drive four year old that is used to running our acreage and getting a lot of exercise. While she rules the forest animals, she can be submissive and intimidated by other strong dogs. We were concerned about leaving her with multiple other dogs. Charlie introduced the other dogs slowly so that it wouldn't be overwhelming and took the time to observe her comfort level, waiting until she was ready to meet the others. Charlie takes the dogs on hikes around his property multiple times a day as well as bringing them out to play with the other dogs or chase balls. Charlie also sent photos and videos to keep us updated and show what a good time our dog was having. He also managed the special dietary needs for our dog while she stayed there. We will definitely bring our dog back to stay with Charlie.”
About: I grew up with a golden retriever and had a Heeler mix for 16 years that traveled cross country with me. I’ve got great experience with elderly dogs and young dogs alike. About: We are a married couple that work from home and have a friendly 3 year old golden retriever and an 11 month Collie Mix. We have decided to host one dog (family) at a time. We are home bodies and our pups love having company. When you book with us feel safe knowing both of us will be at home with your dog and monitoring their safety. We both grew up with family dogs and other pets and we understand the scary feeling of boarding your dog. We are happy to meet and answer any questions before taking in your dog. We will update you daily (at a minimum) of how they are doing, including sending pictures of course. As mentioned, we work from home. Our schedules are very flexible. When we book a stay we plan on staying home and playing with the dogs. We have a fully fenced backyard where our boy Lambeau plays. Right across from our home we have a big fenced field which is where the sandy middle school is located, it is completely gated all around and we often take our Aussie to play catch and frisbee there, many other neighbors around the neighborhood also go there too. In addition, about 5 blocks away from our home (walking distance) we have a great dog park which we often switch between there and the field across from us. What I can reassure pet parents, if your planning to bring your pet by, they will not only be taken care of properly, but will have tons of playtime with lots of love. On minimum we take our Aussie for walks about twice a day, sometimes more depending if my oldest daughter will likely take him walking again after I have already taken him out. Your dog will join us on all our daily routines (unless specified otherwise). Your pet will also have another furry friend to play while in our home so your pet won’t ever feel bored and lonely.

My youngest is my son he is 10 years old, my middle daughter is 12 years old, and then my oldest is my daughter she is 16 years old, and is planning to become a vet doctor once she graduates, she is really good with animals and they naturally always seem to really like her! We are flexible and can assist you with your pet needs, look no further, we are here and will happily help out Monday-Sunday. Right across from our home we have a big fenced field which is where the sandy middle school is located, it is completely gated all around and we often take our Aussie to play catch and frisbee there, many other neighbors around the neighborhood also go there too. In addition, about 5 blocks away from our home (walking distance) we have a great dog park which we often switch between there and the field across from us. What I can reassure pet parents, if your planning to bring your pet by, they will not only be taken care of properly, but will have tons of playtime with lots of love. On minimum we take our Aussie for walks about twice a day, sometimes more depending if my oldest daughter will likely take him walking again after I have already taken him out. Your dog will join us on all our daily routines (unless specified otherwise). Your pet will also have another furry friend to play while in our home so your pet won’t ever feel bored and lonely.

“We never had to leave our dog with a stranger and were a bit apprehensive trusting someone we met on a website to care for our German Shepherd "family member". It's only natural to think that no one will care for our pet like we do. After making a preliminary visit to Charlie's place, it was obvious that he has a lot of experience and insight with dog needs and behavior. Our dog is a high energy, high drive four year old that is used to running our acreage and getting a lot of exercise. While she rules the forest animals, she can be submissive and intimidated by other strong dogs. We were concerned about leaving her with multiple other dogs. Charlie introduced the other dogs slowly so that it wouldn't be overwhelming and took the time to observe her comfort level, waiting until she was ready to meet the others. Charlie takes the dogs on hikes around his property multiple times a day as well as bringing them out to play with the other dogs or chase balls. Charlie also sent photos and videos to keep us updated and show what a good time our dog was having. He also managed the special dietary needs for our dog while she stayed there. We will definitely bring our dog back to stay with Charlie.”
About: I grew up with a golden retriever and had a Heeler mix for 16 years that traveled cross country with me. I’ve got great experience with elderly dogs and young dogs alike. My fiancé and I are home quite a bit with fenced yard, but love to hike in the area to make sure dogs get all the exercise they need! I have mornings off, so plenty of time for walks and hikes. My fiancé is a ski coach with summers off and is home most of the day to hang with the dogs. I have a fully fenced yard to play in with plenty of sunshine. About: We are a married couple that work from home and have a friendly 3 year old golden retriever and an 11 month Collie Mix. We have decided to host one dog (family) at a time. We are home bodies and our pups love having company. When you book with us feel safe knowing both of us will be at home with your dog and monitoring their safety. We both grew up with family dogs and other pets and we understand the scary feeling of boarding your dog. We are happy to meet and answer any questions before taking in your dog. We will update you daily (at a minimum) of how they are doing, including sending pictures of course. As mentioned, we work from home. Our schedules are very flexible. When we book a stay we plan on staying home and playing with the dogs. We have a fully fenced backyard where our boy Lambeau plays. Your dog will be part of the family and free to roam the house and yard as they please.
