“For years, I have struggled with what to do with my cat and dog when I need to leave time. My usual solution was to have someone check on them at my house. The last time I did that, a good friend told me she would check in on them. But the five days I was gone, I never see her on my Ring camera checking on them, despite her claims she did. Then a friend told me that Rover has pet sitters who will watch your pets at their house. That’s how I found Janice and Darrell, the best pet sitters I have ever used. From the moment I met them, I could tell they genuinely love animals. They are also very knowledgeable about caring for dogs and cats and immediately felt comfortable leaving Sunny and Rosie with them for a week. While I was gone, they sent me updates and photos how they were doing. My pets looked happy and content, which made my own vacation more enjoyable and stress free. When I returned to pick them up, they had prepared a report on how they did while I was gone. Plus certificates for them! It was such a sweet touch! Even though both my dog and cat are senior pets, I finally have a solution on who will watch them if i have to leave town again! Jan and Darrell are the best! I regularly clean and disinfect my home to maintain a safe, sanitary environment. I also have plenty of nearby hiking and walking areas for pets who enjoy outdoor activities. My apartment community offers dog parks separated by size, providing a safe place for dogs to exercise and socialize. For cats and other animals, I’m patient and gentle when building trust. If a pet needs to be separated from my own animals, I can provide a separate, comfortable space and make sure they receive the individual attention and care they need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m happy to follow their established routines and care instructions. This can include crate training, scheduled bathroom breaks, physical activity, feeding times, medication administration, and other necessary care procedures. About: I've always had pets ranging in age and size since I was a child. Fun fact: I've raised a total of 6 pigs in my lifetime. (Dogs are much cleaner as you can imagine!) I look forward to being dependable and reliable for your fur family. I live in a pet friendly community. For comfortability, we also have 24 hour security on the premises for those late night walks I may need to take with your pet, if necessary. I live on the third story with a fenced off balcony where your pet is able to come in and out of my apartment.
