“Rachel was absolutely amazing with my two pugs, Roxy and Kobe! This was my first time leaving them with a dog sitter, so I was naturally a little nervous, but she made the entire experience completely stress-free. Her communication was outstanding from start to finish. She always responded quickly to my messages, kept me updated on how my dogs were doing, and sent me plenty of pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Anytime I had a question, she answered right away and made sure I knew how Roxy and Kobe were doing. Before their stay, we met in person, and I also got to meet her adorable Golden Retriever, Chubbs. He is such a sweet and friendly dog, and Roxy and Kobe got along so well with him. It was comforting to know they were in such a welcoming environment. Rachel is kind, caring, professional, and truly loves the dogs she watches. I felt completely comfortable leaving Roxy and Kobe with her, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. About: I’ve had hands-on experience caring for many different kinds of animals, from dogs and cats to reptiles and farm animals. I’ve worked with animals of all sizes and ages, including small breeds, large breeds, seniors, newborns requiring bottle-feeding, and animals with disabilities or special needs. I also have experience fostering dogs and kittens, as well as providing attentive care to animals requiring medications and critical, around-the-clock care. My farm experience has given me the opportunity to work with a variety of animals and understand their different needs and personalities. Whether your pet is energetic, elderly, nervous, recovering, or needs extra attention, I’m dedicated to providing patient, loving, and dependable care tailored to each animal. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to spend with your animals! I'm available for boarding on weekends and weekdays after 3:30 PM. I’ll be happy to give your pets plenty of attention, playtime, and care while you're away. I have an apartment with plenty of space where I’m accompanied by two friendly kittens who are fully vaccinated and have no exposure to other animals or the outdoors. I regularly clean and disinfect my home to maintain a safe, sanitary environment. I also have plenty of nearby hiking and walking areas for pets who enjoy outdoor activities. My apartment community offers dog parks separated by size, providing a safe place for dogs to exercise and socialize. For cats and other animals, I’m patient and gentle when building trust. If a pet needs to be separated from my own animals, I can provide a separate, comfortable space and make sure they receive the individual attention and care they need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m happy to follow their established routines and care instructions. This can include crate training, scheduled bathroom breaks, physical activity, feeding times, medication administration, and other necessary care procedures. My goal is to keep each pet comfortable, safe, and on the routine they are familiar with while their owners are away.
