7. Karen L.
About: I'm a former clinical research nurse coordinator dealing with human patients for 20 years before becoming disabled. I have had pets all of my life. I have adopted several cats and dogs from the humane society including a 3 legged Siamese cat who was a Siamese twin that surgically separated from his sister leaving them both with 3 legs. I have trained several my dogs including a temperamental Dalmatian mix. I currently have a 13 year old Chihuahua/American Eskimo mix, who has Cushing's Disease that is on medication twice a day, a 9 year old Rat Terrier/Toy Poodle mix and an 8 year old black short haired cat that loves snuggling. My little dogs love to play what I call trick or treat. The kitty loves to play fetch the hair elastic and fishing. I have recently started pet sitting for a cat in the neighborhood. I've always loved animals and as a child I wanted to be a veterinarian. I am a former clinical research nurse with 20 years of nursing experience who has been on disability for 10 years. I lost my husband to pancreatic cancer 4 years ago and I now am looking to supplement my income by working with animals and giving and receiving unconditional love. I make sure that the pets are fed, have water, and go potty, (which means cleaning up after them.) Of course play with and walk the dogs. I would come to your home at intervals of 1, 2 or 3 times a day or if you or if you need I can stay at your home to care for your pet.
8. Eileen K.
About: I have experience with small and large dogs of various breeds growing up in a dog-loving family. I have a welsh corgi pup of my own who is the treasured princess of my household. My residence has a private dog park and I love the outdoors and taking walks by the beach! I currently have a very flexible schedule. I would love to keep your dog/cat company with the best care I can provide for the time needed. I have ample space in my apartment, a private dog park, the beach within walking distance, and an extremely pet-friendly neighborhood. Dogs will have lots of activity and play time and will be kept clean.
9. Erin K.
About: I have been around dogs since I was a child. My love for dogs was passed on from my parents who raised dogs for their whole lives. I have worked with children with autism for 4+ years so have experience in handling and caring for people and situations that need immediate attention. I’ve also worked as an animal transport volunteer for a shelter where I would take dogs to hospital, grooming, training visits! I am currently working a part time job only three days out of the week, so all the other days I want to dedicate to walking pups who need the exercise and stimulation! I have a senior dog right now who is 12 years old. She is my sweet girl who has incontinent and eats only homemade meals that consist of a protein, vegetables, and rice. It is my passion to take care of her and feed her well for the remaining time she is here with me <3
10. Barbara B.
“Highly recommend Barbara! We have a very shy senior dog that will not take to most people and Barbara is wonderful with her.”
11. Melia S.
“I have known Melia for 20+ years, throughout adolescence and into adulthood. I have seen firsthand how Melia was raised with dogs, cats and the occasional guinea pig. Not only were all her animals loved, respected and taken amazing care of in her own home, they were treated as members of the family. Every action taken and was made with the intention to give the animal the longest and healthiest life possible. Many people can identify as “dog” or “cat” people, and many people love animals. Melia is one of these people, sure, but she also has the less common traits of being incredibly responsible, considerate, trustworthy, loyal, and meticulous. She thinks through all situations and anticipates possible outcomes. These are wonderful qualities as any pet owner knows that keeping your beloved companion safe requires more than just enjoying animals. 10/10 would trust Melia with all my pets, and my own life.”
12. Henry L.
“Henry is an amazing dog walker and super friendly! My puppy came home super happy. I definitely recommend Henry as your dog walker if you’re working or are too busy to walk your dog!”
13. Cody W.
“Cody has been taking care of Oliver and Zoe for over a year now and I am so happy with his service! I was afraid of leaving the dogs at home while I am at work all day, but not any more. I don't know what we would do without him!”
14. Dane A.
“Dane was so patient and kind with our dog who suffers from anxiety and is very shy. He gave me a detailed report of the walk. Looking forward to have Dane walk my dog again very soon.”
15. Jared W.
“Jared has been our go-to walker for years. He is very caring and gentle with my dog, Bean. He is attuned to Bean's behavior and makes adjustments based on how she is feeling. I appreciate that he does not push Bean when it's obvious she doesn't want to walk much longer. This care shows when Bean gets very excited whenever she sees Jared. I highly recommend him as a pet caregiver.”
16. Margaret J.
“I have relied on Maggie to watch my pup numerous times because I know he will have ton of fun on their adventures! I often get texted pictures of their adventures, which makes me smile and a little jealous. Maggie is very thoughtful and accountable and has the energy to keep up with my pup at the beach, on the hiking trail, or simply cuddling at home. She's wonderful!”

We have a big shaded balcony for when it’s hot , i like to get out and do hikes/park fun/long walks.. i am home 80% of the day.we can house your dog in another room or in a crate when we do leave the house but it’s never over 2 hours.i can also come walk your dog or provide care in your home too.my little dog is called panda bear and loves other dogs.he is very chilled and gets along with all sorts of dog breeds. I love to get up early and get the dogs walked and fed. I like to go for long walks (suitable for the dog size!) and go to the park. I just love having dogs in my home Just let me know your regular feeding/training/walking schedule and i will make it work into our own. I do allow dogs on furniture too but not in our bed unless the dog was stressed or scared then we would of course look after them. Dogs can sleep in our bedroom on a bed.
