“Merit, was wonderful with my HD. In fact he took to her the first time that they met. She was timely for each appointment, excellent photos of HD and I appreciated the feedback on each of her visits. Margaret W.”

About: Hello- I had pets all throughout my childhood. As soon as I moved out I’ve always had pets of my own as well. I’m a huge dog lover. They are able to stay in my home. Or I can come to yours for walks/playtime, feedings and to make sure the water dish is filled. I have a pretty open availability, am very flexible and willing to go above and beyond to make sure your furry family member receives the best care. Also worth noting – I have three dogs, that are kept separate when we have visitors. With a family of five all the dogs get a lot of attention during their stay. I rotate them between rooms, walks and fenced outdoor time. I am self employed and work from home. Aside from taking my kids to and from school my schedule is more or less pretty open. I’m flexible and accommodating I am a very active person, we could go for long walks or even runs if the dog is able. At my home we have a long driveway and four acres for them to go on walks to get outdoors and sniff around.
“Very friendly. Showed up on time and gave the extra effort to care for my four energetic dogs and elderly diabetic cat. Communicated very well and responds quickly. Already have her scheduled again. Dogs and cat loved her!”

About: I have had dogs in my life from the time I was 8 years old. I am 60 now. I have been a dog trainer for over 20 years and know the importance of exercise and impulse control. Lack of exercise is one of the main contributors to "destruction" in and around the house. If I am walking your dog, we are walking - not sniffing around. I am pretty fit for an old man! With other client's dogs, I can generally walk a mile in 17-20 minutes. If I am boarding, I will "entertain" your pup with games, walks, fetch and plenty of other outside time as much as possible. I live on a nice quiet street that will be safe for them. Give me a call to get things set up for your pooch! I have had dogs off and on (mostly on) since I was 8 years old. A daily routine to take care of dogs is nothing new to me. In fact, it is important to me to have a structured schedule for feeding, potty time, playtime, etc. so the time is easier on human and canine. I try to have a pretty rigid schedule so the dog knows what’s going on and approximately when it will take place. Daily walks and/or play time is daily on my quiet street or in my fenced in backyard. Taking care of dogs is basically what I do 24/7. I am a dog trainer so basically dogs, not just my own, are my life and my livelihood. I have a fenced yard and a dog of my own. I will not just open the door and let the dogs run out to play. I am out there with them every step of the way. I am mindful about whether certain dogs get along or not. I am very meticulous in my care.
“I am so impressed with the loving and professional care that Nora provided to our babies Omar, Barbie & Blaze! Nora took care of them for 8 whole days (the longest I have been away) and I couldn’t be happier! Nora paid great attention to detail, showed loving kindness & always communicated with me! I felt at ease knowing Nora was taking great care of them! Thank you so much Nora!”

About: What sets us apart from other sitters is the loving and active environment we provide. We have two friendly dogs of our own—a 1-year-old Goldendoodle named Rosie and a 4-year-old mixed breed named Callie—who love having new friends around. Our home has a fenced yard and plenty of open space inside, making it an ideal setup for play, comfort, and safety. We’re passionate about caring for pets, and because we enjoy staying physically active, we make sure the dogs get plenty of walks, playtime, and exercise. With us, pets are treated like family. Pet care is naturally part of our daily routine. We take multiple walks each day, give plenty of playtime both indoors and in our fenced yard, and make sure pets feel engaged and cared for throughout the day. Our schedule is flexible, so we can easily incorporate feeding, exercise, and cuddle time into our mornings and evenings, as well as plenty of outdoor play during the day. In our Monroe home, we provide a safe, fenced yard, neighborhood walks, and plenty of playtime. We also have Blink cameras for extra peace of mind. We treat every pet like family, keeping them comfortable, loved, and on their routine while ensuring they get exercise, attention, and care throughout the day.
About: I've had pets since I was young and have dealt with puppies and kittens through to their elderly years. Currently I care for an elderly 75lb malamute husky mix that has been with me for 11 loving years and 2 middle aged cats. I'm experienced in bathing and grooming and walking bigger breeds and I have done some kennel work when I lived in Covington. Whenever my friends go out of town I am the first one they ask to do daily check ins on their cats where I go by instructions given, clean any messes, refresh water and feed, scoop and discard litter, give them loving attention, properly lock up after finishing. Proper care and safety are my top priority. Your fur baby will be safe in my company! I currently have weekend availability, so I have plenty of time on the weekend to walk and play with your pups or stop I'm and care and play with your kitties! I have a large breed dog I currently care for. He is on a strict medication schedule for seizures and I monitor his arthritis pain to make sure he doesn't over do anything and help him of needed and to give him antiinflammatories if needed. Any kind of health issues I take very seriously and will monitor them 100%. I do not offer care in my home due to one of my cats not being friendly to dogs he doesn't know.
