“Melissa is a very caring and thorough pet sitter. Although I just asked her to feed and water my pets for me, she made a little extra time to sit and play with them and make them feel loved and special while I was gone. Never had a problem and would only trust her with my pets in the future!”

6. Melissa R.
“Melissa has always loved animals since she was a little girl. She would always bring a stray kitten home that she found, or a puppy that lost its way and she would help find its owner. She is so compassionate, and loving when it comes to dogs. When our family dog passed away from cancer, Melissa took it extremely hard because he was like her baby. Anyone who has Melissa as a dog caregiver is lucky! She is nurturing and passionate about her work, and has a beautiful heart when it comes to animals.”

About: I have had dogs all my life until now. I have many grand dogs now and would love to spoil your pup, as I do them, when you need someone to help. Retired and currently coaching my son's baseball team. I'm available most any days and have my kids 50% of the time. Kids are 10 and 14 year old boys. I have a fenced yard and no dogs of mine own. I will mirror how you treat your dog and will allow them on the couch and bed if that is what they are use to.

About: Hi! I am a recent graduate from SHSU where I got my Bachelors of Animal Science. As well, I have 2 years of veterinary and 2 years of boarding experience so I am confident I can provide a high level of care for your fur baby. I have no breed restrictions, and I am more than willing to work with more challenging babies. I want to make sure I do whatever is necessary to make this a positive experience for all of us. Please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns, I am happy to help! I am currently looking for a post-grad career so I am hoping to fill my extra time helping pet parents with their babies! Animals have always been a huge part of my life so I want to continue offering services as long as I can. I have my own dog, who I would be more than happy to bring along if your puppy needed a buddy. She is a very outgoing pit mix, up to date on all vaccines. As well, I have many years experience in dog boarding so I am more than happy to do whatever I need to to make sure your baby has the best time possible with me. I am very flexible, I am here to help you!
19. Marissa G.
“Marissa stayed at our house and took care of our 2 1/2 year old retriever mix Finny while we were away for 2 weeks. She trained Finny to walk more easily on the leash, which is really important because Finny is stronger than I am and she used to pull me. Now I can enjoy comfortable walks with her! She also trained Finny to focus more, so she is calmer and more attentive. I don't know how she did it! And when we returned, we noticed Marissa had cleaned the house and even left a bouquet of flowers for us. I think she also bathed Finny because her coat is so soft and shiny. Marissa does the extras besides just feeding and companionship - we came home to a clean house and a happy, healthy, and more obedient dog. Thank you Marissa!!”
