I am currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I am available for boarding on weekends, and weekdays after 3pm. I have no pets and small children in my house. I have a fenced yard for your dog to play in. I can also walk your dog around my nice neighborhood as needed.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old, and own a small maltipoodle who loves to go on walk and meet people. I can provide excellent care for all pet breeds of different sizes. I’m currently a sitter on Rover and would manage the care of pets throughout the day. I also regularly go to local libraries and I am able to tend to the care of pets when necessary. I would be able care for pets overnight as well as take them on walks as it fits into the routine of caring for personal pets. I am able to care for pets utilizing the experience that I have cultivated with my own dog. I regularly walk and feed a miniature dog and can supervise another pet and take them on bathroom breaks. Throughout the day, I can care for another pet within the house and also allow them to stay within the backyard. I could send updates and fulfill requests of owners to provide fresh water, treats, or preparing meals.

Plus, we live in the walking distance of Newark Community Center Park on Cedar Blvd, where there is a decent dog park that we could take your pets to on a daily basis. We work from home for most of the days in a week, so there will always be people at home to take care of your pets. Our daily routine includes walking your dog at least one time a day, and/or visiting the dog park. Dogs can go potty in the sideyard and backyard as often as they need. We have a fenced backyard where pets could freely hang out and enjoy playing with each other. Our own 11-year-old Yorkie is very friendly to all human and doggie friends.

The home is fully pet-proofed, with all hazards safely out of reach. The condo has great natural light, cozy resting spots, and open areas for active pets. Whether your pet loves cuddles, enrichment games, or quiet naps, I make sure they feel completely safe and at home. I also live with my friendly French Bulldog who gets along well with dogs of all breeds and sizes. For shy or selective pets, I can easily separate spaces and adjust introductions at a pace that keeps everyone comfortable. As a former vet tech, I’m very attentive to behavior, stress signals, medication needs, and overall safety. Your pet is always in caring and capable hands.

About: We’ve had pets all our lives. Currently, we have two cats. For the most part, someone is always WFH. The only day one of us isn’t WFH is Thursday. If we know early enough, we can flex our schedules if any sitting is needed on Thursday. We’ve watched bunnies, cats, and dogs for friends/family including giving medication. We have had no aggression from our pets with the pets we’ve watched. We have a second room(atm being used as an office/guest room), so if you want your pet separate from ours pets, that is something we can accommodate. For dogs during boarding, our household prefers dogs that tend to ignore our cats. Also, we have a preference for senior dogs since they tend to be low energy and do not require long walks to use the restroom. For cats, we have experience with all kinds of energy and ages. If you have a cat with a lot of energy, our Taro girl has shown that she loves playing with all the energetic kitties and helps them come out of their shell. However, both our cats can adapt to senior cats as they both love to lounge. We are willing to negotiate our prices if you believe your pet to be low maintenance or if for example doggy daycare, your pet would be with us for less than 7 hours. Just ask and we can see what we can do during the meet and greet. There is usually always someone at home except Thursday. If you need sitting help on a Thursday, reach out early and we can see about flexing our WFH schedule for that week. One of us is a morning person and the other an evening person in case you have a pet with a weird schedule. We ask for a clear schedule such as when to walk and feed and follow it. This information will always vary depending on the pet or even if they are on medication. For all pets, we’ve given them some space, especially from our pets and seen if they can interact or not depending on what their owners want. We also try to incorporate playtime if they want that.
