I can’t say enough wonderful things about Samantha and the care she provided for my dogs while I was away for work. She walked them every single day, always on time, and treated them with so much love and patience. My dogs absolutely adore her — I could tell they felt comfortable, happy, and well-exercised after every walk. Samantha kept me updated with messages, pictures, and little notes that gave me complete peace of mind, which is priceless when you’re far from home. She is responsible, trustworthy, caring, and truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants someone reliable and genuinely passionate about animals. Samantha is amazing, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care she provided.

This was my first time using Rover and I’m so glad I did! She did a great job with Cuca. You can tell she really cares about the dogs she works with, and Cuca liked her right away. I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands. I would definitely recommend her.

About: I have taken care of dogs all my life. When I was younger, I had many dogs and loved to cuddle and play with them. I have a big backyard for them to play in, and maybe they can hop in the pool if their parents allow it! I can also take them to the park, where we’ll have a fun time together. Hello my name is Judith Peña. I currently work part time usually towards the end of the week. My schedule is I’m pretty much free the whole week so I’m mostly at home. With school ending I only have one class in the morning till 9:30 and then I’m free the rest of the day. My yard is fenced in, so if you don't feel comfortable with your pet being off the leash outside, that's completely fine. We can go for a little stroll around my community. On top of my yard being gated, my community is also gated, so you can say there is extra protection.

About: Hi! My name is Edward, and I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 17 years of hands on experience caring for dogs and cats through fostering and volunteer work. I’ve had the opportunity to support many animals in need, including fostering pets and helping with adoption and community events here in the RGV and through the Austin Animal Center. Through this experience, I’ve learned how to care for pets with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’m comfortable providing daily care such as feeding, walking, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. I’ve also cared for vulnerable animals during winter fostering efforts by providing warm housing, food, and attention. I’m currently completing a Veterinary Assistant program at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, which has expanded my knowledge of animal health, behavior, and proper care techniques. My goal is always to treat every pet like family. I’m also happy to send photo updates and regular check-ins so you always know how your pet is doing. I’m also happy to provide photo updates and regular check-ins so you always know how your pet is doing. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I work part-time remotely and am currently completing a Veterinary Assistant program at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the week. Because of this, I’m able to check in on pets, provide walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship at different times during the day and evening. My flexible schedule allows me to be reliable and responsive, making sure pets receive consistent care and attention whenever it’s needed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is keeping pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routine and environment. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and playtime. I make sure pets feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away by providing attention, patience, and consistent care. I also treat every home with respect and keep the space clean and secure. Communication is very important to me, so I’m always happy to provide photo updates and check-ins to give owners peace of mind while they’re away.

About: I was a dog mom to my handsome boxer named Arthur for 13 and a half years. He recently crossed the rainbow bridge in March of 2025. He lived a very long happy life. I love all animals but dogs are the best. I'd love to help you take care of yours too. I had to board Arthur before and it wasn't a great experience. A service like this is much better. Your baby will be treated like my baby in my care. I know what it is like to be in a dogs world and we are just living in it! My home is smoke free and pet friendly. I currently just have a baby tortoise that lives in an elevated enclosure, and it will not interact with your pet. I work from home and I have a very flexible schedule and I am happy to accomodate yours! Anytime after 9am is preferred. Available on weekends as well if needed! I live in a gated community and will take your fur baby on walks so they can run around and play and go potty. If your dog likes to be cozy in a crate I am open to the option and have a crate already with fresh fuzzy blankets. My big boy used to sometimes choose to nap in his crate with the door open so I understand it can be a nice sense if security for them.

About: I've been a dog owner since I was 8 years old. We used to have two German shepherds a father & son. Vasco the father was a K9 imported from Netherlands very well trained and would obey all types of rules like sit, stay, come, quiet, etc. An interesting fact was that all his commands were in Dutch language. Yoko was our other dog we never really trained him like his father, but he was very well loved and taken care of he recently died back in 2022. I have an autistic brother who really loved both of them we haven't had a pet of our own since then, so we decided to start sitting dogs as I work most of the time from home and it helps my brother out greatly! We can assure you that your dog will be well taken care of with us! We can work with having pets inside or outside our property we just need owners to tell us where they keep them. Most of the time we have them inside as we do have plenty of space at our house. I work from home most of the time as well if I'm not home which is rare, I do have someone who will be available to take care of your pets all the time rest assured they'll be doing great! We do offer pick up and drop off before/after boarding please message me for more information! We care for your furry friends as you indicate us. What you tell us is what we will do for them. Let me know their schedule, potty breaks. how many times they eat per day.

About: I love to take care of pets. I think fur babys are very interesting mammals to have and take care of, because of how cute and smart animals can be. I’m free any day, so the pet owner can request a day they need me to care for their pets. I’m willing to work around their schedule. I care for pets in general by playing with games with them, giving them treats, sometimes I like to teach them new tricks, and giving rubs.

About: I’ve had experience with all types of pets since I can remember. Including two Rottweilers, two German shepherds, birds (including a parrot), several fishes and several bunnies. However, at the moment I only own a three year old cocker spaniel, and a two-year-old Persian cat, which I love. I am a recent graduate. All my work is done online, which gives me of time to hang out with my pets and care for all of their necessities. At the moment I own a three-year-old cocker spaniel who I take out for walks every morning before I start my workday, and since everything I do is online, I take breaks every two hours to go play with him outside and if I have to run an errand, I normally take him with me. On the other hand, my two year old Persian cat is as self-sufficient as they come, however, he loves to be by my side when I work, and he loves to sleep with me (or on top of me). He sleeps most of the day, but when he wakes up, I take him outside for a quick sunbath and what I love to do most is play with him and all his toys.

About: My entire life I have always had a love and passion for animals. I grew up caring for a variety of different animals of all ages and species and wholeheartedly believe that they are not just a pet, but a member of your family. In addition, I was also an employee at the San Diego Humane Society so I consider my background and knowledge of animals to be extensive. I am currently the mom to a 2 year old pit bull named Fish, a 6 year old Chow Chow named October, a 2 year old Saint Bernard named Valentine, and a 9 year old mastiff named November 💘 If you have a question concerning availability just ask and I will work with you to make sure both yours and your pets needs are being accommodated for! My pets are my children so I ensure they never go a day without getting spoiled with lots of love and attention. Due to my history with animals I am very well versed in day to day caretaking tasks such as feeding, walking, bathing, administering oral medication, etc.
