Steven was wonderful with my staffy/pitty mix & lil dachsund mix, did a meet & greet, communicated well the whole time & navigated their separation anxiety, very different personalities, and barking neighbor dogs with ease. I was struck by how automatically steven interacted with my smaller dog in a way that helped him feel comfortable with a new person, and indulged my big dog pretending to be a lap dog 😀 thank you! Em was absolutely great with Juniper! Juniper is very slow to warm up and Em had her comfortable by the end of her first visit. She sent updates and pictures. Communication was great and Juniper was one happy puppy. Highly recommend Em! We would love to work with her again!
Here’s a more organized, polished, but still super casual version with a bit of extra warmth: Justin did an awesome job with my two chihuahuas. They’re usually pretty skeptical of new people, but he was patient enough to get them outside and calm enough to actually go potty, which is a win in my house. He also followed all my oddly specific instructions for my quirky little dogs. Really appreciated how attentive and easygoing he was. I’d definitely book with him again.
There’s a reason Evan has a perfect rating. He was able to take care of my cat with only 12 hours notice. It was an unexpected/emergency trip so there was no advanced planning but Evan rolled with it, found everything - food, litter, the house key (!) It really was last minute. Evan even loaded and ran the dishwasher for us so that we didn’t walk into a disaster Highly recommend Evan!
