About: I grew up surrounded by pets my entire life- mostly cats and dogs, but we also had fish, turtles, tortoises, gerbils, and even a few ferrets at one point! I know how much pets are our family and strive to provide the best care for yours. I've dog/cat sat for family and friends for years now and have become known as everyone's go-to pet sitter. I have extended out to some family friends and acquaintances as well and just really enjoy spending time with pets! My longest clients have had 4 different boxers in the 11 years I've been sitting for them. Their elderly boxer passed away earlier this year, and I was responsible for giving him medications including oral chemo for the last few years of his life. Additionally, my cat passed away a few years ago at almost 22 years old- she was on a steady medication since she was 16, as well as some other prescriptions throughout the years. Therefore I am comfortable with senior pets, giving meds, etc. Thank you for the opportunity to love on your pets when you cannot be home. I am always happy to do pre-booking meet and greets as well. I live in San Marco, and currently work full time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm in the downtown area. Therefore I'm mostly available evenings and weekends at this time. However, I am available for overnights during the weekdays as I do have some flexibility in my schedule and if it's not too far from downtown, as I could go by your home for a mid day potty break/quick walk. This would probably work best for cats, or for dogs who can make it 4ish hours without needing a potty break. Could discuss further if interested! I'm very attentive and will make sure your pets are safe at home and/or on walks. I love to hang out and spend time with pets, especially since I currently don't have any of my own! I have a lot of experience with senior pets as well, and am comfortable giving medications.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs most of my life and have lived with multiple cat owners as well. I feel like pets like my calm and loving demeanor 😊 I enjoy the flexibility this profession allows and I love the outdoors. If your pet wants a long walk in the sun or just needs to stretch its legs in the backyard I’m down for either! 😁 I feel as though my laid back demeanor is great for working with animals and even the pickiest cats have fallen for me. I’m great at reading the body language of animals and know when they want a belly rub or when they want me to sit six feet away.

About: I've loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a farm in PR. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, and care for their pets while they were away. I understand that every animal has a unique personality, and I take the time to earn their trust at their own pace. I'm especially patient with shy, anxious, or senior pets and believe they deserve gentle, compassionate care. Whether it's keeping your pet active with walks and playtime or simply keeping them company and maintaining their routine, I'll treat them with the same love and attention I give my own. I also speak fluent Spanish, some Portuguese I do work a full time job as an optician (15 years) but looking into going to college for animal pshycology and behavior. Im available mostly weekends right now and some weekdays. My happiest is when I'm surrounded with animals since I grew up in a farm in PR it's been my dream to create a sanctuary for all animals. Right now not offering services in my home. I share my home with my sweet dog, Alice, who has taught me a great deal about patience, positive reinforcement, and understanding different personalities. And my beautiful affectionate senior cat, ophilia, who can't get enough cuddles and treats ❤️

About: I’ve loved animals since I can remember! I’ve rescued every pet imaginable at one point or another! I’ve volunteered at FCNMHP for over 10 years and I’m very active in finding every pet a forever home! I’ve worked at Publix for over 21 years and I am currently a manager on the south side of Jacksonville. I have a flexible schedule throughout the day and I’m able to take breaks when needed. I am free most evening during the week and weekend. I’ve never met an animal that I didn’t fall in love with! Every animal deserves a full bowl of food and water, lots of pets, an unconditional love. There’s no such thing as an ending to the game of Fetch!

“5/5 Stars – Meticulous and Incredibly Caring! We hired Cadence to watch our furbaby while we were away on a week-long vacation to San Diego, and she was absolutely phenomenal. This was the longest we have ever been away from him, so we were naturally a bit anxious, but Cadence completely put our minds at ease. Her communication was fantastic throughout the entire week. She was so sweet, caring, and incredibly respectful of our home. She didn't just do the bare minimum—she took meticulous time every day to play with him, give him his treats, brush him out, and keep his feeding schedule perfectly on track. It is such a relief to find a pet sitter you can truly trust. We would definitely use Cadence again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pet!”

About: I’ve been house and pet sitting for many years to help my family and friends. It’s time to be rewarded for my love for animals and be paid by others for my services. It’s hard to find good “customer service” these days; I am the opposite, your pets will get great service/attention from ME! Bonus: my career has been as an Administrative Assistant so I’m very organized and can assist with other things too, if needed, requested and discussed. I am currently unemployed and have all the time in the world to care for my pet and yours. Toodles of course would stay home. Toodles is an inside cat. She is proven healthy and well fed, I clean the litter box and her food bowls daily. She gets treats and love. We just bought her a new perch to watch the birds and lizards outside the window. In someone else’s home with their pets, I care for them exactly as asked. Walks, feed, love, crate (if necessary), it is what the client wants that their pet shall get!

“There’s a reason Evan has a perfect rating. He was able to take care of my cat with only 12 hours notice. It was an unexpected/emergency trip so there was no advanced planning but Evan rolled with it, found everything - food, litter, the house key (!) It really was last minute. Evan even loaded and ran the dishwasher for us so that we didn’t walk into a disaster Highly recommend Evan!”
