From dogs and cats to rabbits and even flying squirrels, I’ve had the joy of caring for all kinds of creatures — and that deep love for animals is exactly what I bring to every sitting experience. At home, I share my days with three beloved pets of my own: Molly, my sweet 14-year-old chocolate lab; Tom, my spirited 11-year-old Catahoula leopard lab mix; and Harley, my 3-year-old cat. I can’t wait to meet yours. 🐾 During the school year, I teach culinary arts at the high school level and coach volleyball in the fall and lacrosse in the spring — so my schedule is full and purposeful. But my love for animals doesn’t take a season off. Weekends, afternoons, and evenings are when I’m most available, and summers and holiday breaks are when I’m all in. Those stretches are my busiest and most dedicated pet care seasons, and I genuinely look forward to them. When I’m with your pet, I’m not squeezing it in — I’m fully present and happy to be there. When I step into your home, my goal is simple: your pet shouldn’t feel like anything has changed. I follow your routines, respect your rules, and bring the same warmth and attentiveness I give my own animals. I also have multiple years experience in animal rescue, TNR stray cats, and fostering. I work full time Monday through Thursday until 5pm but you can reach out to me about availability. Depending on what type of service you need, I might be available during workdays. I have a fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood. I have a dedicated room to pet care so that your fur baby feels comfortable. I have two very friendly small dogs of my own who are crate trained and two elderly cats.

About: I have lived with and been exposed to pets of all kinds and ages. Almost all animals seem to love me, and I love all animals! I am currently unemployed and just finished my senior year at Carbondale Community High School, so I will have plenty of free time to take care of all pets. I am very flexible and tend to learn quickly, so any special care or routine needs for your pets don't have to change while you're on vacation or traveling!
