“Our Remi is a little challenging, cause she is afraid of people and new places. Jo’Ell kindly offered us couple meet ups with Remi so Remi can get more familiar with her before the boarding. She also provided helpful tips to us that helps Remi to opens herself up. During this stay, Todou and Remi both became very picky with the food, Jo’Ell grabbed some food topper for them and resolved the issue. Super experienced!”

Drop off was easy and it was very reassuring that we were greeted so warmly; something that made us feel more comfortable leaving our dog, Addison, with a sitter for the first time. We were updated while Addison was in Kristen’s care and really appreciated the pictures that were sent, reflecting that Addison was happy and enjoying her stay.
I was very comfortable leaving my pup Katy for almost two weeks. The house, yard, and family are all very pup friendly. I missed Katy terribly but the daily pictures and commentary made me feel much better. I will be very happy to use Kasha to watch Katy in the future.

We left our 2 pups with Alyssa for an extended visit while on vacation and she did a phenomenal job! Our lab gets nervous/ has a bit of separation anxiety and also had an upset stomach while visiting and Alyssa stayed on top of it like it was no problem. Gave both dogs a bath, washed out their cage and did her best to get her to eat in very small increments/ kept me up to date with extremely quick responses the entire time. Will rebook with her again in the future should we ever need pet sitting again. My pups returned very happy and we loved getting lots of photos of them through our trip as well! :)
