I got updated pictures and feedback everyday we were gone for vacation, Linda was so understanding when last minute my dog got an ear infection and ended up needing medication before we left, and when we picked her up she was walked and medicated for the evening. Linda was so kind, VERY quick with responding and reassurance, and organized. This was my first experience with Rover. Right away I knew Linda would be trustworthy and good with my pup. We will definitely use Kristen again!! Drop off was easy and it was very reassuring that we were greeted so warmly; something that made us feel more comfortable leaving our dog, Addison, with a sitter for the first time. We left our 2 pups with Alyssa for an extended visit while on vacation and she did a phenomenal job! Our lab gets nervous/ has a bit of separation anxiety and also had an upset stomach while visiting and Alyssa stayed on top of it like it was no problem. Gave both dogs a bath, washed out their cage and did her best to get her to eat in very small increments/ kept me up to date with extremely quick responses the entire time. Will rebook with her again in the future should we ever need pet sitting again. My pups returned very happy and we loved getting lots of photos of them through our trip as well! :)
