I have lived with dogs and cats throughout my life and have more than 30 years of experience caring for them. I currently care for several pets in my own home, so I understand that every animal has its own personality, routine, energy level, and individual needs. I carefully follow instructions for feeding, fresh water, bathroom breaks, litter box care, walks, playtime, and companionship. I take time to help each pet feel comfortable and keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. You can expect dependable care, clear communication, a detailed Rover Card, and several photos after every visit. I prefer to meet before the first recurring or extended booking so I can learn your pet’s routine, confirm access instructions, and understand exactly what they need.

Sharleen is the most compassionate loving human I know when it comes to taking care of pets. Not only does she care for them, feed them, walk them, she provides love and affection to all in her care. Sharleen has taken care of my pets on many different occasions, the most being a month-long stint while my spouse was hospitalized and I was going back and forth to the hospital. She cared for my fur babies, loving them as if they were her own. I have also known her to find strays or abandoned puppies/kittens who were sick and/or starving, bring them into her home, get them the proper medical care they needed and then kept them as her own personal pets, providing them the love they so desperately need. Please consider Sharleen as your pet caregiver. There is no one more trustworthy, caring or loving to care for your beloved fur babies.

I have known Sharleen for years and have always found her dependable and flexible when I need help watching my dogs. She has such a big heart, beautiful personality, and she treats my dogs as if they are her own. She always pays close attention to detail and ensures to follow feeding instructions and overall care instructions closely. I have had two of my dogs have dietary restrictions in the past and was able to have her care for them without having to worry if they were getting the proper care they deserve. She has had experience with my dogs from when they were brand new puppies still being trained all the way to my senior dog when he needed extra care, support, and an extremely specific diet. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to care for your fur babies!

Schedule
Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. I keep my Rover calendar current and only accept visits that fit my availability. This allows me to arrive within the agreed time window and give each pet attentive care without rushing.

Before the first booking, I prefer to meet you and your pet, review the care routine, and confirm access instructions. During each visit, I follow your directions closely, check doors and gates, refresh food and water, and make sure your pet is safe and comfortable before I leave. I provide photos and a clear update after every visit.
Pets
A typical day
Every pet is different, so I like to follow the routine they're already comfortable with. Whether your pet is staying in my home or I'm visiting yours, they'll receive plenty of attention, playtime, fresh water, meals on schedule, potty breaks, and lots of affection. Dogs enjoy walks, playtime in our fenced yard when appropriate, toys, and time with the family. Cats receive playtime, quiet companionship, and a clean litter box. I'll send regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing.
