I work from home two days a week, which provides me with flexibility. I am finished in the office by 4pm every day. My weekends are pretty free! In my home, pets have a safe, comfortable space with plenty of attention, playtime, and walks. In a client’s home, I follow routines closely—feeding, walking, and providing affection just as they would so pets feel happy and secure.

About: Hi! I’m Faith (she/her), a 34yo pre-k to 5th grade special education assistant looking to build a client base as a part-time pet care provider. I grew up with cats and dogs, and have always been an animal lover! I am patient, caring, active, and detail-oriented. It is important to me that both you and your pet feel at ease while your pet is in my care. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have before deciding whether or not it would be a good fit. Something prospective clients should know is that I do not drive. A meet & greet in advance of your booking is a great time to discuss your preferences regarding how to handle transporting your pet to planned appointments, or in the unlikely event that emergency care is needed. The fewer unknowns, the better! On weekdays, I work 9:20am-4:05pm, so if your pet requires frequent potty breaks or mid-day medication administration, it may not be the best fit. Day job work schedule aside, pet care has been an integral part of my daily routine since childhood, so I am accustomed to adjusting my own schedule around feeding and potty break needs. When I am not working at school, a typical day for me includes playing bananagrams, writing poetry, and reading. Whether care is based from your home environment or mine, I make sure to keep things tidy and clean out of respect for you and your pet(s).

About: I’ve watched family and friends dogs for years. I enjoy being the “go-to” person to watch their pets . Love caring for and playing with dogs, talking them on walks, and playing! I have some flexibility in my schedule during the weekdays . However, I can always do afternoons walks and care and availability full time on weekends. For longer I usually watch folks dogs in their home - if that’s the preference. If your puppy needs to be just walked and fed for just the day that’s also grand!

About: I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, and know how to accommodate each one's needs (special diet, long walks, companionship (or lack thereof)). I am also resistant to all forms of begging yet encountered, and will follow your recommendations for treats and the like. I work remote, so generally can adjust my schedule to fit you(r pet's) needs. I also generally take walks to have a break from the work day, so can easily add a dog or two to that walk! I will follow your lead on how to best care for your pet! I do not have any of my own animals currently due to my landlord, but have housesit for dogs and cats. I want your pet to feel as comfortable as possible, whether it's a crate, sleeping in the same bed, or eating meals together!

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. I grew up with 2 dogs, a Labrador and Weenie-Mix, so I have experience with dogs of varying sizes. I have cared for rabbits and small birds, and have spent a lot of time around cats! I would love to take your pet for a walk and play, or drop-in for a check-in! My availability may look somewhat limiting, but I am typically available Monday through Thursday after 4:15; Friday after 3:15; and most of the day on the weekends.
