About: I am trained in CPR for cats & dogs. I have been around animals my whole life, and have grown up with multiple veterinarians in the family. I am the kind of human who pulls off to the side of the road when they see a bag or box to make sure there isn’t an animal(s) inside. I have 2 cats of own! A three year old tortoiseshell named Whiskee Sour and a 2year old mixed breed white kitty named Sweet Purrlot (like Merlot). And no, I do not drink LOL. I had roommates with both cats & dogs when I lived in my college town and I pet sit for them frequently. I am happy to service families with any type of fur-baby. They are all loved by me! I just finished my 5th semester at WVU and have the entire summer off (until the beginning of September)! I only have 2 trips planned (one at the end of May and another at the end of July) thus far this summer. I am very flexible with my time. I am great at following any instructions and warnings you give me when going into your home- I prefer crystal clear instructions on what to do and how to handle your babies. I want to give them the best care possible!

I'm an animal care professional who really enjoys working with pets and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and taken care of when their people are not around. 🐾 I have a lot of hands on experience caring for dogs and other animals. I have worked in animal shelters and currently working as an Assistant Manager at a highly-rated dog boarding and daycare facility. From these experiences I have learned a lot about animal body language, behavior, handling, how to use a leash and how to create a calm space for pets that have different personalities and needs. Pet care fits naturally into my schedule! I currently work part-time, which gives me flexibility to provide pet care around my work hours. I’m generally available for evening drop-in visits and walks, and I can also offer overnight house sitting on weekends when I’m not scheduled to work. I’m happy to work with your pet’s normal routine and make sure they receive the attention, exercise, companionship, and care they need while you’re away. I’ll always communicate my availability clearly and do my best to accommodate your pet’s schedule! My priority is creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment where your pet can feel secure while you’re away. My professional experience has taught me how to recognize animal body language, identify signs of stress or discomfort, safely manage different personalities, and prevent potentially unsafe situations before they happen. I take introductions slowly and respect each pet’s individual boundaries, whether they are outgoing and playful or shy and nervous. I also understand the importance of maintaining your pet’s normal routine. I’ll follow your instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, potty breaks, crate routines, and other care needs as closely as possible. You can expect honest communication, dependable care, and updates so you know how your pet is doing. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel comfortable, safe, and confident while they’re in my care.

My yard is not fenced, so I always take guests on guided walks and trips to the local park for secure, energetic exercise. My pet is a miniature poodle who loves to play and cuddle. For bedtime, guests can sleep comfortably right in my bedroom or use a dedicated spare room depending on their routine.

About: I have had dogs and various pets in my household since I was born and adore any animal. I am experienced in caring for puppies, senior dogs, and both large and small breeds. I am currently a full time Biology student at Marshall University. I can walk/check in on your pet(s) in the mornings, midday, or in the evenings. I am available to stay with your pet any nights. I am available off and on daily, seven days a week at set hours every day. I am a locally based small business owner with time on my hands to help you with your pets. I can feed, pet, and let out your pets, and clean up their messes if instructed. I will responsibly lock up the home and ensure the pets are safe.

About: I’ve been recommended to many by word of mouth, so I decided to bring my business to Rover as well! There’s nothing I love more than being able to provide comfort for your pets whenever you’re away. Me and your pets will go on walks, play dates, and anything else they enjoy! Be prepared for lots of photos of us enjoying our days together! I am working part time while in graduate school. Ideally, I am available for overnight stays, whether it be for the weekend or two weeks! I also have sitter backups for any extra care needed in which I’m not able to tend to. I’m currently in graduate school at Morehead State in Ky and will be commuting twice weekly until May. I haven’t dog sat in my own home before because I have 2 dogs and a pig of my own. Caring for your home and pets is what is most important to me! I will always be easy to reach, whether it be by phone, text, or FaceTime! I will also water your plants, pick up your mail, take out the trash, etc.

About: I used to be a kennel technician who walked dogs, practiced training, while offering playtime for them and cleaning up their space. I’ve always loved caring for animals and wildlife and want to branch out on my own. I have a very flexible schedule right now, all that’s needed is to message me and see how our availabilities line up! I integrate your pets life into mine. I have a variety of treats and food on hand, but will follow whatever diet your dog needs. I also have the time for high energy dogs or dogs that need training through e-collars or etc. I also own lots of toys and a large crate, or litter box if need be. About: I’ve taken care of almost every animal imaginable, growing up we had three dogs, a cat, two birds, chickens, fish, a mini pig, you name it! I come from a very animal loving household. I’m also a zoo science major so I’m sure to take good care of your baby! I have a dog and two fish of my own, my Shorkies name is Clementine and my two fish are Thorfin and Goob. I’m currently an online student, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be home and available with your pets throughout the day. I’m available most days and can be flexible with walks, drop-ins, and pet-sitting needs. The only time I’m unavailable is Wednesdays from 2:00–3:30 PM due to a class. Back at my house we have a fenced area for our dogs to run around in but I’ve also crate trained dogs as well. At college my Clementine is crate trained and I take her for walks daily & often.
