About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs my entire life, and treating pets like family is second nature to me. I’m a proud dog mom to a sweet 4 year-old Shih Tzu and a 14 year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix, whom I adopted from a shelter when she was just 6 months old. Because my 14-year-old had bladder stone surgery at age 7 and has been on daily prescription medication and food ever since, I am very comfortable managing strict feeding routines, administering oral meds, and providing extra TLC for senior pups or pets with specific health needs. Whether your dog needs high energy play or gentle, attentive care, they’ll be in safe, loving hands. I currently work from home and would be available for services after 3:30pm Monday through Friday. Also available some weekend mornings. Available for walks and drop ins. My home is set up specifically with pet security in mind, featuring a large, fully enclosed backyard with a solid privacy fence—perfect for safe, supervised playtime and bathroom breaks without outside distractions. Having managed daily prescription medications and a strict dietary regimen for my senior dog for over seven years, I am exceptionally detail-oriented when it comes to medical routines, safety protocols, and personalized TLC. You can rest easy knowing your pup is enjoying a calm, secure, and loving environment tailored to their exact needs.

For bedtime, guests can sleep comfortably right in my bedroom or use a dedicated spare room depending on their routine.

About: I am trained in CPR for cats & dogs. I have been around animals my whole life, and have grown up with multiple veterinarians in the family. I am the kind of human who pulls off to the side of the road when they see a bag or box to make sure there isn’t an animal(s) inside. I have 2 cats of own! A three year old tortoiseshell named Whiskee Sour and a 2year old mixed breed white kitty named Sweet Purrlot (like Merlot). And no, I do not drink LOL. I had roommates with both cats & dogs when I lived in my college town and I pet sit for them frequently. I am happy to service families with any type of fur-baby. They are all loved by me! I just finished my 5th semester at WVU and have the entire summer off (until the beginning of September)! I only have 2 trips planned (one at the end of May and another at the end of July) thus far this summer. I am very flexible with my time. I am great at following any instructions and warnings you give me when going into your home- I prefer crystal clear instructions on what to do and how to handle your babies. I want to give them the best care possible!

About: I was raised right alongside the dogs and cats, and i hold experience with animals of all shapes and sizes! Dogs, cats, kittens, fish, gerbil, even horses! My mother is a retired dog trainer who’s taught me a great deal of tidbits in animal care, and she’s always here incase i need some extra advice on the job. I also have experience with dogs that have mild to moderate special needs. One of our current dogs, Rusty, is a picky eater in diapers. Unfortunately i don’t have a lot of experience with puppies, so i will not accept them at this time. I will only consider a dog under a year if they are very well mannered. I also have a lot of experience with cats. I have a knack for getting them to like me somehow! Heres what i WON’T do: -i won’t take any dog with a history of aggression and/or biting. -i cannot accommodate high energy dogs. -i won’t take large/giant dogs. May consider if they are extremely well mannered and leash trained. Im a small woman! -house trained pets only. -pets with extreme special needs. I am equipped to handle mild to moderate special needs. I will always request a detailed schedule/list as well as house dos and don’ts. I take my job seriously and want to do it right. Plus, you can relax a little more and i won’t bother you with too many little questions! Thanks for listening! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions! I am very flexible as i currently only have a part time job i work Friday mornings-early noon. On Fridays, the schedule may differ by a few hours but i’ll always make sure to get back to your friend ASAP! I’ll make sure to spend as much time with your friend as they need that i can give! About: I have learned everything there is to know about small animal care in school and in practice. I love my four babies and I have pet sat for years ! Lizzards, sugar gliders, kittens and great Danes lol!! I work at a vet hospital to further my leanring from graduateing with my associates in veterinary technology, i also study about animal on my free time! I have a two story house with self cleaning litter boxes and a fountain water bowl for my cats. They have bedding to lay on and plenty of windows to look out of.

Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
