About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently have four large dogs – three of my own and one foster. I also volunteer with local animal rescues and spend many Fridays at the Dog Pound, giving all the animals love, walks, vaccinations, and sometimes even a trip to my home (I’m always joking that I’m one dog away from a divorce – but he knew what he was getting into!) Joining the Rover community lets me share my passion for caring with other pet owners. I know how hard it can be to leave your furry family members, and I’m here to provide them with the love and attention they deserve. We've recently renovated our attached brick garage into a dedicated boarding space designed to provide a safe, comfortable, low-stress environment for your pets. Unlike many boarding facilities, we only board one family's pets at a time. Whether you have one dog, multiple dogs, dogs and cats together or just cats, your family will be our only boarding guests during their stay! This allows us to provide more individualized care while reducing stress and eliminating interactions with unfamiliar animals. Each guest has access to a spacious 8' x 6' x 4' kennel, but they're not required to stay inside it. The kennel can remain open, giving them the option to relax in their own secure space or enjoy the larger boarding area. Comfortable bedding, including a traditional dog bed and raised cooling cot, is provided! Someone is almost always home, and we work remotely, allowing for frequent interaction, supervision, and additional attention for pets who need it. Security cameras are also in place throughout the boarding area and outside our home for added safety and peace of mind! We provide treats, enrichment, and natural chews (with owner approval) and do our best to follow your pet's normal routine. Whether they have a specific feeding schedule, medication schedule, bedtime routine, or exercise preferences, we'll work to keep things as familiar as possible! Dogs have access to a fenced outdoor exercise area and can enjoy leashed walks around our property, including our creek area. In case of emergency I am fifteen minutes away from the emergency veterinarian after normal veterinarian hours as well. I work part time 25 hours per week. Other than being away from home five hours per day I am available at all time. My love for animals simply cannot be expressed with words. I have a lot of space here on my farm to allow for group play or if you have a pet that prefers their space that is totally fine too. They can have their very own space and be exercised alone. Group play will be available only to those that are non aggressive and is determined on a case by case basis. Any time a dog is not in an enclose area they are kept on a leash in hand at all times. Their safety is my very first concern. Do not hesitate to reach out to ask about any special needs your pet might have and what I could do to accommodate them.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently have four large dogs – three of my own and one foster. I also volunteer with local animal rescues and spend many Fridays at the Dog Pound, giving all the animals love, walks, vaccinations, and sometimes even a trip to my home (I’m always joking that I’m one dog away from a divorce – but he knew what he was getting into!) About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs all my life for friends and family. My fur babies are back home with my parents. After college, I moved from LA to WV. This app allows me to get my dose of puppy/kitty loving!! Working full time with breaks to go home as needed. Your babies will be well looked after regardless of the type of care chosen (walks, overnight stays, etc.) I live in a safe neighborhood with several neighborhood pets.
