Byron (the dog) took to him right away, and Thistle (the cat) emerged from hiding to stare at him, which is cat for approval. He sent daily photos and updates. As a bonus, he left my house cleaner than when I departed for my trip! Great guy who has a real feel for your pet. Highly recommend.
