About: I am a certified veterinary assistant because of my love for dogs and cats. Throughout my life, I have helped care for several family dogs of different sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments. My priority is the experience and comfort of the pet and pet parent. I have a very open schedule currently, and am available whenever I am needed. I make time to care for my dog and provide a comfortable life for her. I currently live in a house with a fenced yard for my dog. We also try to fit in at least 1 walk a day to give her the stimulation that she needs.

About: At the age of 16 years old I started working at a veterinarian clinic making appointments, cleaning, walking, playing, and setting up for surgeries for spay/neuter I am currently working part-time doordashing so I can make my own hours so I have a very flexible schedule to play with your pups I have a fully fenced yard with a doggie door and a dumb outside to keep your pups dry. I also have a very friendly 10-year-old Labrador mix! There is a dog friendly park behind my house!

“I’m so glad I found Brian on Rover. He has been fantastic with Dozer. Brian is a great communicator and sends fabulous pictures from his walks with Doze. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a pet sitter/walker.”

About: I love dogs and their vibrant energy. Protecting and loving your animal are my two top priorities. I have a genuine intrigue and love for dogs. I am a mother and a part time personal banker. On my days off I am looking forward to accommodating you and your dog’s schedule. Growing up with our family dog created incredible core memories. It is life changing to have an animal as a child! Our canine companions are part of the family. As such it is essential to love and accommodate them in that manner! I will adhere to all of your rules with perfection! I will love your animal with excitement and happiness!

About: We honor the spaces of pets and allow them the time to become comfortable. We always assure they feel safe, and know we are a guest in their space or they are an honored guest in our family home. We love spending time with animals and have been fortunate to provide care to friends animals overnight and for daily care. My husband and I work full-time, on opposite schedules. We are available evenings during the week and weekends. During the week, we are more than happy to board pets as needed. I work from home, and he works only a few days a week. We have a fenced yard and we live in a dog lover neighborhood. We take our friends dogs on walks often, as needed. We have cared for family and friends dogs overnight and they all enjoyed their time at our home. We tend to spoil pets (based on parents discretion of course) while they are with us. Our home is their home, and we never want a pet to feel unsafe or unhappy while spending time with our family. Our family will care for them like our own.

“Brittny was great with my dog. She has a natural rapport with dogs; he loved her from the first meet and greet. Brittny sent me a video of him doing "zoomies" in the backyard, something he does when he's very happy. I greatly appreciated that. Brittny is also a great communicator and a very nice person.”

About: I have extensive experience taking care of cats, dogs, and chickens, but am open and excited to take care of all pets. I am new to Rover, but have completed over 40 sits through TrustedHousesitters watching many dogs, cats, and kittens, ranging from weekend sits to entire months and have been pet sitting full time for 1 and a half years. I have watched dogs and cats of all ages and have experience administering medication (including insulin, pills, liquid). I also have experience with a variety of farm animals as I watched an entire farm by myself including goats, sheep, turkeys, rabbits, cats and dogs. In addition to my recent experience through TrustedHousesitters, I have had many house/pet sitting gigs throughout the years. I periodically watched my housemates cat in college. I grew up dog sitting my family friend's dog and cat sitting for a couple of different families. I also nannied for 4 years, and have experience looking after houses, cleaning, and keeping my clients homes in great condition. I am originally from California, but my home base is Portland, OR. My favorite activities include running, hiking, and anything outdoorsy. I am a marathon runner and I have completed 6 marathons so far and have run numerous half marathons. I also really like exploring, traveling and trying new food and coffee places. I love to house/pet sit because it gives me the opportunity to be around cute pets and make some extra income as I recently moved back to Portland after taking a gap year. I have 3.5 years of experience working remotely in the medical communications field and I am a UC Davis alumni. While caring for your pet and home, I will be available on my cell and will text picture updates, so you can feel at ease while you are away and will be sure to give your pet plenty of cuddles and love.

“Rochelle was very reliable and Stella loved her and was so excited to go out walking with her. Thanks for taking over the walking duties when we were in a pinch. Great dog walker!!”

“Bridget is a true animal lover! And she will replace used pee pads with fresh ones before she leaves! I feel so relieved having her take care of my two girls! And they love her!!!”

About: I’ve had lots of animals, horses, dogs, cat, sheep, pigs, cows, bunnies you name it we’ve had them. We have two cats right now at our house. I work on Call a lot so I can do last-minute calls if needed and I can work on my days off to do last minute walks I’ll be happy to come to your house and sit with your animals and feed them and play with them. Let them run around and or they could come to our house.

About: Hi there! I know how hard it can be to leave your beloved pets in someone else’s hands that’s why I’m here to make it a little easier. With years of hands on experience caring for animals of all kinds, I bring genuine love, attentiveness, and responsibility to every pet I look after. Originally from California and now loving life in Oregon, I’ve always felt at home around animals. Growing up surrounded by both cats and dogs, I developed a natural connection and deep understanding of their needs, personalities, and quirks. Pet care isn’t just a job to me it’s something I truly enjoy and feel called to do. I also understand how important peace of mind is while you’re away. That’s why I make it a priority to send regular photo and video updates of your pets during their time with me. You’ll see how they’re doing, what we’re up to, and how well they’re being cared for. I want you to feel relaxed and reassured, knowing your pets are safe, happy, and loved. Whether it’s for a walk, a weekend, or anything in between, I treat every pet like they’re my own. Thank you for trusting me I truly look forward to meeting you and your fur babies! I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to accommodate your schedule. I'm committed to being responsive and reliable, and I’m always available to quickly answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. Your pet’s safety is my top priority. There will be no children or choking hazards present during their stay, and I maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment to ensure they feel comfortable and secure at all times.

“Absolutely amazing!! I have a hard headed dog, he pulls and tends to chase after critter aggressively. Katie seems to handle my beast with no problem. Hands down, best walker I’ve ever had”

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life and I love them oh so dearly! I’ve stayed in homes of family friend dog owners for a few years now, mostly just taking care of the dogs and going on walks, as well as watering plants when needed. I’m not much of a cat person, I didn’t grow up with cats but I can do what is needed of me. I work part time, around 25 hours a week so I’ll have plenty of time to hang out with your babies and make sure they are well taken care of. I will care for your baby in your own home where they have all their favorite toys and comfort spots. I will take them for walks and give them all the snuggles they need!

About: I grew up with dogs in the house and I’ve taken care of my own dogs since 2009. I have helped my neighbors with their dogs when they’ve gone on vacations, helped some of them when it’s time to transition to the next life, walked them, played with them, gave them their medicine. I’ve done everything for my pups and my neighbor’s pups. I also have years of experience staying at a friend’s apartment to watch her two cats when she is deployed for a week or two at a time. I currently have two dogs that are spayed and fully vaccinated that are huge fans of going on walks and rolling in the grass. Both of them also enjoy lounging on the couch or basking in the sunshine without a care in the world. I’m currently a full-time student online, so I have plenty of time to focus on long walks, treats, enrichment, and play time with your pup. I don’t take safety lightly. It’s my job to protect your pets while giving them all the love and attention they need. I always ensure harnesses are on and secure, clipped to the leash, and ready to go before a door ever gets opened for them to go out of. I use treats on all walks to encourage good behavior. We love going for hikes and smelling all the smells. One of my pets has seizures and requires medicine twice daily. She is very well loved and cared for. A spoiled little Chi, but she also knows how to listen. My Golden is stubborn but very adventurous. Both are full of joy when we get ready for our walkies. I stay away from major roads and traffic as well. We all prefer more natural walks than traffic walks.
