About: I've had cats and dogs my whole life and have spent most of my adult life volunteering for 2 animal rescue organizations. I fostered over 170 cats for my last organization (that was over a period of 15 years!) caring for all ages as well as taking in some with medical needs. I'm skilled at administering medications of all sorts and we currently have an asthmatic cat that takes an inhaler. I've been a "cat person" my whole life, but love dogs too! My husband and I love the large breeds, in particular Mastiffs. We currently have 3 cats plus a Mastiff who is the biggest baby. :-) We recently moved to Delaware (from just outside of DC) and I'm looking to re-start pet sitting as I LOVE meeting new furbabies and taking care of them. I used to pet sit in VA but put it to the side when fostering took up most of my free time. I recently took an early retirement and have plenty of free time so can offer flexibility. Since I'm married my husband helps takes care of our own cats/dog, and he understands my love of animals and desire to help others. I understand that every cat/dog is unique, with their own personality and needs. I will take the time to get to know each one and tailor my approach to ensure their comfort level,

About: I’ve spent my entire life caring for animals, including dogs, cats, and horses, which has given me a deep understanding of their needs, behaviors, and personalities. Growing up with pets taught me the importance of consistency, patience, and attentive care, whether that meant daily feeding routines, grooming, exercise, or recognizing subtle signs that an animal might be stressed or unwell. I’m comfortable caring for pets of different ages, temperaments, and activity levels, and I approach every animal with kindness, reliability, and respect. My lifelong hands-on experience allows me to provide safe, loving, and attentive care, so pet parents can feel confident their pets are in capable and compassionate hands. I am currently in nursing school and work part time at two different jobs. Some weeks my school schedule changes so I might have more flexibility! I have a fenced in yard that I use for my dog. I am also able to crate animals as needed and will supervise all interactions.

About: My name is Taryn and I have lived with animals all my life. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, birds, horses, fish, chickens, and small snakes. I have two young adult daughters that live at home and share the same passion as I do. I do have a 7yr old mix of my own that enjoys playing with others. If your dog happens to not be dog friendly, no worries; I provide in home dog care, drop in visits and dog walks! My home is clean, quiet, and pet proof. I have a large back yard with plenty of room for your best friend to run and play. We even have trails nearby where we can go on fun adventures! Pets will have free roam of the house so they don’t feel left out, after all they are apart of the family. Your pet(s) will never be alone or feel scared with me as their sitter. I work full time during the week. But I’m available weeknights for drop-ins, walks, and daycare. I’m available Fri-Sunday for the above as well as in home and in my home boarding. I have a large yard and a friendly dog for your pup to play with. If needed, I also have a crate. I don’t like crating my dog so prefer not to crate yours unless instructed by you for specific reasons. Of course they’ll be let out often to use the bathroom and have unlimited access to water. In your home, your pet will be let out when needed/scheduled if they have one, played with, and loved on. No matter where we are, my goal is to make your pet feel safe.

About: I have owned dogs since childhood, ranging from 60lbs to 150lbs. I have walked dogs and dog sat since I was a teenager. I have 3 dogs of my own, 3 of which are XL, and always have a foster dog as well. I am very active and would be happy to provide your dog with extra activity like hiking or running if you want them to come along for an adventure. I have experience with pet therapy for the last 15 years as well. If you are boarding with me, during the work week, I come home for lunch so my pets don’t ever go more than five hours without a let out. I can accommodate early morning or later in the evening walks or let outs on weekdays. Weekends are very open for me! I am able to accommodate dog friendly dogs for boarding who can integrate into our pack. I have a male Cane Corso, a male Great Dane, and a female Lab. They are all fixed and all dog and cat friendly. I can also accommodate non-dog friendly dogs as long as they are crate trained and comfortable in a room with busy toys and treats. They will still receive one on one attention and play time. For drop-ins, I am happy to utilize your yard for let outs and/or play time or very happy to walk your dog/s. For boarding, I have a fully fenced in portion of yard. I do not live in a neighborhood, so if your dog requires walks while boarding, I live 5 minutes from a park. I have cared for senior dogs as well as special needs dogs. I am very comfortable administering medications and sub q fluids. My one dog received daily fluids. Pet care is essentially my whole life :) With a multi dog household, life revolves around them. Their needs are prioritized and whatever accommodations need to be made can be made. Happy to provide your dogs with walks, playing tug, mental stimulation or just snuggles. If your dog is active, I’d be thrilled to take them for hikes or runs.

Upon my arrival home kitty was calm, very content , and had an extensive grooming! My home was exceptionally clean with the removal of litter and cat food cans. Jen met me before the sitting dates and she was extremely knowledgeable . She has tons of common sense--- You will not need to give her pages of instruction. She GETS IT ! In addition, my plants were watered during this 94 degree weather , mail was placed neatly inside, and trash cans were taken to the curb . Photos are sent to you at each visit. About: I've had dogs for over 25 years and most recently I'm caring for a dog with a seizure disorder. Everything from young energetic puppies to elderly dogs. I have worked with an organization called Missing Pet Partnership (an organization started by a police officer who trained scent detection dogs). I was trained to find lost pets and the psychology of dogs and cats including training in pet first aid and CPR. My previous career was as a special education teacher. I now work full-time from home. I would love to play with and care for your pup! No pet too big or small. I hope to hear from you, thanks. I am currently working full-time from home and I will have plenty of time to play with your for baby I'm available for boarding on weekdays, weekends, nights and even holidays. I work from home and have a very large fenced yard that is fully secure for the smallest dog and 5 and a 1/2 feet tall for larger dogs. My home is set back from the road on a quiet private street for your peace of mind. I have two small friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can crate your dog if needed based on your preference and socialization with my dogs is entirely up to you. My home has separate areas to accommodate a variety of situations including multi pet homes that crate and rotate dogs, dogs with medical needs who need to be in separate areas, etc. For overnight stays I will tailor your dogs experience to ensure it is a home away from home.

About: I have been around and taken care of different pets since I was young. Often I pet/house sit for family/friends while they are on vacation but I have recently started watching dogs in my own home while the owners are away. I have watched dogs ranging from Cane Corso to Shih Tzu as well as several cats, hamsters and fish. I prefer to pet sit in the owners home so the pets are less stressed but will do everything I can to make them feel comfortable in my own home. I live on 4 acres that are not fenced in so if you or your dog are not okay with that I will make sure they are leashed anytime they are outside. I do have cats but they are in a separate part of the house where your pet will have no access with. I am always open to any questions or suggestions! I work full time typically from Monday to Friday. It’s usually 8-4 but can range from 4am to midnight. I will always let you know ahead of time what my schedule is or if you require something specific I’m willing to try to work something out. I have a lab that is crate trained if your dog is lonely they can go together or be in crates next to each other. The dogs will also never be alone or outside together without supervision. As for your own home I have no issue with pictures/FaceTime or cameras being in the house. I have a law enforcement background and my only concern is to care for your pets and make sure the house is secure when I leave.

About: CURRENTLY NOT TAKING ANY FUR-BABIES. Hi and welcome. My husband and I love animals. We currently have one dog, Brandy, and one cat, Smokey. Both my husband and I work during the week. We are home all day during the weekend. Our house is not big, but we have a lot of love for your furry members of your family. We have a decent size fenced backyard that your pups can run and lounge in while your on vacation. We have been taking care of our dogs for 14 years and 10 years of taking care of cousin's dog one week a year. We would love for you to give us a chance. We are available! About: We have been a dog family for the past 11.5 years! We love our dogs so much! We have an 11 year old Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix and a 2 year old Aussiedoodle. They are sweet and fun and love other dogs! We have 4 kiddos as well who love caring for the dogs including our 12 and 11 year old girls who love taking the dogs for walks! We are a homeschooling family so we are home most of the time and don't kennel our dogs at all while we are home! We have a huge fenced-in backyard that the dogs love to roam and run around in! Playing fetch in the back yard is a highlight in our home!

About: Ive taken care of many animals my whole life ive owned a few dogs one of which was born deaf and i had one who went blind at an early age so i know how to handle special need dogs and other pets and have been dog-sitting and cat-sitting for many people since I was 12, I love all animals and will take care of them as if they were my own. I am experienced with young puppies and senior dogs. I am also experienced with dogs that suffer from separation anxiety. I am also very good at sending lots of pictures and daily updates of your fur babies! I am currently working part time at a med spa and I make my own schedule so I will have plenty of flexible time in my day to spend with your pets for whenever you need. I have 2 dogs of my own at home although I do not offer other pets to stay at my home due to having a sensitive senior dog of my own who was born deaf and is now partially blind. I will however be able to stay at your home with your fur babies and even do overnight and extended visits for however long you will need them to be watched. I also will clean up any mess your pets will make because I know how chaotic it may be so please leave out any cleaning supplies I may need.

About: I grew up taking care of our Newfoundland from a puppy. I was his primary caretaker for brushing him, walking him, and feeding him. When I moved out, I helped my parents take care of him until he passed a few years ago from arthritis in his hips. Since I moved out, I adopted two cats from the shelter. I recognize that our animals are part of our families. I follow directions and schedules well, and will strive to provide the best care for your furry family members. I work 7am-3:30pm Mondays through Fridays, so I’m primarily available in the evenings during weekdays. I’m fully available on weekends for pet care. I also have most/federal holidays off, so I will be able to work long weekends. I will use whatever supplies that you have and your pet prefers. I will not bring anything else without your permission. I will make sure to follow directions and schedules as closely as possible, and keep you informed of how your pet is doing.
